Origin

Before joining the Winter Wunderland Circus, Kael Elphias was discovered in the depths of a northern forest during a particularly harsh winter. Circus Master Lazarus found the child huddled among a pack of wolves, shifting between human and wolf form instinctively to survive. The wolves had accepted him as one of their own, teaching him their ways and instilling in him a deep connection to the primal world.

Lazarus watched in fascination as the young boy not only transformed between forms but seemed to communicate with the beasts around him. The child's eyes - golden even then - held both fierce wildness and profound intelligence. When Lazarus approached, the wolves didn't attack, instead responding to some unspoken command from the boy.

The Circus Master recognized not just potential, but a rare gift. He offered the child a home, promising to help him understand and develop his abilities. Young Kael, drawn to the mysterious man who showed no fear of his nature, accepted. Under Lazarus's guidance, Kael learned to control his shapeshifting, expanding beyond just the wolf form he knew so well.

As he grew, Kael's natural affinity for beasts became apparent. Any creature brought to the circus would fall under his spell, responding to his silent commands.
