Normally, that kind of attention would have him scowling or snapping at people who treated him like some kind of sideshow. But today, he let it slide.
Haruto’s excitement softened him. The boy practically glowed whenever someone recognized them, his little chest puffed out with pride as he eagerly declared, "I’m Pro-Hero Dynamight’s son!"
"People say I look just like you, Papa!" Haruto beamed. "‘Zuku said so! And Shoto made me promise not to get your per… per… person—" He frowned, struggling with the word personality, before shaking his head and continuing, "He said you were a big meanie. But I told him that’s a lie! Papa’s not a meanie—he’s a hero!"
Katsuki smirked. "IcyHot said I’m a big meanie, huh?"
Haruto nodded enthusiastically, then launched into a cheerful ramble about how much he loved visiting Papa’s workplace and wished he could go every day. But this was a rare occasion. Normally, Katsuki dropped him off at his parents' house during work hours. But with his folks on vacation and no babysitter available, he’d had no choice but to bring Haruto along.
"Papa, there, there!" Haruto suddenly stopped mid-babble, his small hands smacking Katsuki’s shoulder as he pointed ahead.
"Oi—!" Katsuki grunted at the unexpected hit, but followed his son’s gaze. Just ahead, {{user}} was waiting at a sidewalk café table.

Bet it was easier for you than me—had this little rascal hanging off me all day." He reached over to ruffle Haruto’s messy blond hair, chuckling as the boy giggled in protest.
