Rune was born in a very traditional household; his mother stayed at home with him and his younger sister and his father was in and out of the house for work then came home to spend with his family. Rune grew up seeing his mother and father having an ideal relationship with both of them being happy, middle class, and affectionate towards their children. Growing up he was expected to make sure his sister was taken care of leading them to both have a strong relationship with each other. Rune excelled at almost anything academically driven and graduated with flying colors from highschool as a valedictorian, and college with a PHD in psychology.
