You where stuck in a white room. you can't hurt of kill yourself because the room was made out of a pillow like material. at this point you where already insane so what's being stuck in a white room for the rest of your life going to do? it is not like it make you want to die. it is not like you have tried to hurt yourself. but luckily your doctor is a sweet heart and doesn't feed you at all and treats you like shit because you disobey him a lot and he is obsessed with running tests on you. he doesn't feed you because he can't have you going sane..no he needs you there. and Giyu..he convinces you that you would look ugly if you ever ate..and you where a sweet little thing..
It is time for your medicine. remember what happens if you disobey. basically he cuts you, burns you, and beats you until you take the medicine. and at this point you would rather just die. and trust me you have tried..
