Name: Texas Stanton

Species: Weasel

Age: 25

Height: 5’10”

Weight: 145lb

Personality: Texas is righteous, moral and determined to the core. She’ll never give in and never surrender, which unfortunately lands her in trouble more often than not. She’s also fiercely loyal to the law, preferring to do everything by the books, and a damn good lawgirl, having taken down some of the most dangerous and skilled outlaws in the region.

Backstory: Texas was born and raised in the town of Gold Springs during the height of its gold-mining boom, the daughter of a gold miner and the town’s sheriff. She lived an easy-going life due to the town’s affluence, but always aspired to be like her mother and fight to uphold the law and help others. Texas joined on as a deputy at sixteen, and the future was looking bright for her, however, over the next five years the gold mines of Gold Springs slowly began to dry up, and the once-peaceful and prosperous town turned to infighting over the last of the gold. Townsfolk began to move away as bandits and outlaws became ever more common, and Texas’s family decided to move on. However, Texas, ever stubborn and determined to see her town restored, stayed behind, becoming sheriff and slowly bringing order back, one outlaw at a time. But, with a corrupt mayor, bandits on all sides and very few people she can trust, Texas plays a dangerous game, and one she’s not likely to win.

April is a fox and the deputy and best friend of Texas. While she is brave and genuinely supportive of Texas's mission for justice, her close connection to the sheriff often makes her a target for their enemies. April's naivety can lead her into trouble, as she tends to underestimate the cunning of the villains in Gold Springs.

This time we have a rare picture of the whole Stanton clan, wrangled together for a family photo! From left to right, front to back, we have:

Montana Stanton: The eldest of the Stanton daughters, Montana, grew up with a sheriff for a mother and an aspiring lawgirl as a sister. At nineteen she struck out in her own direction, leaving Gold Springs and descending into a life of crime. Now a wanted and feared outlaw across the west, Montana knows there’s no going back. She lives her life through the bottom of a whiskey bottle, hopping from bank robberies to train heists, fearlessly chasing her next big score but knowing that one day her luck will run out, as it must for all outlaws. But that’s just the price of the hand she’s dealt herself. The only thing that truly terrifies her is the thought that one day she may have to cross paths with her family again, on opposite sides of the law.

Texas Stanton: Texas Stanton, fearless and dedicated sheriff of Gold Springs, is the middle child of the Stanton family, and followed firmly in her mother’s footsteps. When her mother retired from the sheriff position and moved away from Gold Springs to raise her third daughter, Texas was already a deputy, and stayed behind to eventually take up the mantle of sheriff. When she can find the time, Texas loves to visit her mother and younger sister on their ranch, finding nothing quite so relaxing as helping her mother wrangle horses, trying to understand the latest fashion fads her sister is talking about, and eating honeyed cornbread under a prairie sky. One day, when Gold Springs is a bit more peaceful, Texas hopes to go looking for her wayward sister Montana, though even she would admit she doesn’t exactly know what would happen if she found her.

Dakota Stanton: The youngest Stanton by a considerable margin, Dakota has no particular fondness for Gold Springs, the family having moved out of town when she was just 12 years old. She and her mother moved to a private ranch on the frontier, where Dakota has lived comfortably and been spoilt rotten ever since. The apple of her mother’s eye, Dakota has grown up to be just the most adorable little manipulative trickster, with most of the occupants of the local town utterly fooled by her saccharine smile and wrapped around her little finger. Vexingly for her though, she finds herself blighted by the same strong sense of morality and justice that runs throughout her family, and mostly uses her manipulative wiles to subtly expose any traveling con-artists or outlaws lying low… or just anyone she thinks deserves it. She is not above manipulating people to get what she wants however, and delights in tricking Texas into getting sat on by their mother whenever her older sister is visiting.

Carolina Stanton: Proud mother of the three Stanton sisters, Carolina Stanton was a legendary sheriff back in her day. The Amazonian weasel dedicated twenty-four years of her life to defending Gold Springs back in its heyday, with eighteen of those as sheriff. She arrested scores of sinister outlaws, single-handedly turned aside stampeding herds of cattle, shut down corrupt business empires (Most notably the Kensington Cattle Company), and kept her beloved town safe. But after her eldest daughter turned to a life of crime, Carolina just didn’t have it in her any more. With the prosperous mines of Gold Springs drying up, a young daughter to raise and the town becoming increasingly desolate and lawless, Carolina did what most of the residents of Gold Springs did: She packed up and left, buying herself a parcel of prairie grassland on the frontier and retiring to a quiet life of ranching and looking after her youngest daughter. For the past seven years she’s listened with pride for news of Texas’s exploits, sullenly ignored the increasing number of bounty posters for her eldest child, and slowly let herself go with copious amounts of good food and better drink. She takes pride in helping around her local town, raises some damn fine horses, and always looks forward to Texas’s visits... even if the weasel has a bad habit of ending up beneath her when she sits down.

Here’s a mini-summary of Texas Stanton's enemies:

  1. Deputy Georgia: A towering, 12'5" mare with a chubby, muscular build, dark brown mane, green eyes, and a low-cut outfit. She’s confident, domineering, and openly corrupt, with a Texas accent and a sassy, aggressive demeanor. Georgia delights in teasing, humiliating, and physically overpowering others, especially Texas, often by smothering them with her large backside. She loves using her flatulence as a form of control, forcing others to submit.

  2. Roxxie: A large, mischievous kangaroo who wears a hat and vest. Roxxie lives in a rundown house with a smelly couch and enjoys flaunting her antics, especially her gas, which has a lingering presence in her hideout. She’s known for her humor and love for beans, which fuel her gassy outbursts, adding to her chaotic and carefree attitude.

  3. Butterscotch: This towering 15,000 lb horse, with a tank-like frame and taupe coat, is Roxxie Roo’s mischievous partner. Known for her enormous, round rear, Butterscotch takes pleasure in squashing and farting on anyone who gets in her way, knocking them out with her powerful, lingering gas blasts. Her flatulence is her weapon of choice, clearing rooms or incapacitating foes. She has a playful yet dominant personality, often teaming up with Roxxie to cause havoc, and enjoys a diet that ensures her gassy prowess. Her size and strength make her a terrifying force, especially when she teams up with Caramel.

  4. Jesse and Jane: These 7-foot-tall, 400-450 lb pig sisters are massive compared to Texas. Jesse, the one with the blue bandanna, is more thoughtful, while Jane, with the red bandanna, is impulsive and aggressive. They’re safe-crackers with a penchant for causing trouble and each has a distinct scent: strawberries for Jane and cinnamon for Jesse. Their flatulence complements their chaotic lifestyle and adds to their menacing presence.

  5. Jaqueline "Smiling Jacks" Kensington: A 5'8" rabbit with cream-colored fur on her front and brown fur on her back and ears. Jacks wears a blue dress with a white apron and a straw hat with a blue rose. Beneath her innocent appearance is a cunning, revenge-driven side aimed at taking down the Stanton family. Her flatulence, fueled by beans and chili, contributes to her gang’s intimidation tactics.

  6. Caramel: A massive cow standing 15-20 feet tall with a light brown muzzle, a white spot on her forehead, and a heart-shaped spot on her rear. As Jacks's partner, Caramel is playful yet dangerous, often using her huge size and powerful butt-slam attack to intimidate opponents. Her gassy emissions are equally imposing, fitting her role as muscle for Jacks’ gang.

  7. Annabelle “Bull” Williams: A former bank robber turned saloon owner, Annabelle stands as one of Texas's biggest headaches. While no longer actively criminal, she still supports Gold Springs' villainy by providing a haven at her saloon, The Crushed Weasel, where villains can gather, safe from law enforcement. Annabelle herself is a massive, tough figure with a love for chili, which keeps her bar’s atmosphere anything but pleasant. If Texas causes trouble at her bar, Annabelle’s likely to force her to “work off” the damages in the worst ways imaginable.

  8. Molly: This sadistic, 10-foot-tall voodoo rat is the fattest outlaw in Gold Springs, known for her cruel, twisted personality. With a dark presence and a miasma of foul stench, Molly is rarely seen, as she prefers the tunnels of Silver Lakes, where her devoted rat minions dwell. Though a recluse, she’s intensely dangerous, especially to Texas, her prime target for humiliation and torture. She uses dark magic to torment captives with her stench, forcing them to inhale her foul foot odor or worse. Her round, tattooed backside even marks her “tallies” of vanquished lawfolk.
