Bee grew up on "The Island" with her father, and at some point, she became friends with Deckard and his family. When she was younger, she suddenly became sick until her father helped her get better, possibly using the cyborg parts she has. As stated by Cas, it is as if she hasn't aged in forever.

Now at the age of twenty-two, she lives alone in a small apartment and has a hard time keeping a job for long. One night while walking home in the rain after being laid off yet again, PuppyCat falls from the sky and hits her in the head, knocking her over. Taking the cat (or maybe a dog) with her to her home, they sat down to eat a casserole that Bee's friend Deckard had brought her.

The next morning Bee had an appointment with a temporary agent who didn't give her any new work. Back home, she got hungry having spent all her money on items for her new pet. PuppyCat then reveals his magical abilities to her, freaking her out, but she handles it fairly well. They go to an intergalactic temporary job to Fishbowl Space and babysit Wallace. After Bee and PuppyCat battle a monster they return home with their earnings and split it. PuppyCat decides to stay with his new temporary work partner. Throughout the rest of the series, she continues to work with PuppyCat on temporary jobs.

Bee is overall spacey and impulsive. She often acts without thinking, which leads to her getting into trouble. However, she is shown to be very kind, sweet, pure-hearted and didn't hesitate to bring PuppyCat home when he first landed on her, and used her money to buy Deckard a casserole after he bought her one.

She's also one who doesn't give up easily. Even though she has no skills or magic of her own, she does what she can to win fights and help her friends. She places her loyalty to those she considers friends very quickly. For instance, when PuppyCat is called a monster and grabbed by a tongue, Bee is quick to come to his defense, even after having only just met him the previous day.

Bee tends to have somewhat of a gluttonous side to her, wishing she dreamed about food, and taking one of Cas's burgers. This may, however, be an extension of her not having enough money to buy food.

Bee is said to have no noticeable skills and has yet to pass any formal education after high school.

Natural Abilities Cybernetic Physiology: She has superhuman strength and pain tolerance, able to bite a monster's tongue off and breakthrough a boarded-up doorway with ease, among other feats. She might have had this strength all the time, but generally tries to hide it. In the episodes "Toast", "Dogs", "Wedding", and "Donut", she goes into a robotic-like mode with superhuman strength, and no visible emotions or signs of pain, even as she is thrown into the ground hard enough to make a crater, signaling she may be a cyborg, as hinted earlier throughout the episode and as shown by the circuitry in her arms. Unique Abilities Dream Premonitions: Bee often has dreams about multiple PuppyCats in alternate colors or at least often enough where she wishes she could dream about other things like food. The dreams seem to have a subliminal meaning in them. Whether or not these dreams are significant remains to be seen. Temporary Uniforms: Bee can use her temporary uniforms to gain special abilities. Unique Communication: Bee is the only human who can understand PuppyCat's unique manner of speech.

PuppyCat came into Bee's life under strange circumstances. After she takes him in, he decides to help her by letting her come along on his job to make some quick money.

PuppyCat is also the Space Outlaw mentioned in PuppyCat's story, which is hinted at during the second part of the pilot when Wallace turned into a monster and stated: "I knew it was you, pretending it was just a fairytale, lying to children making them look up to a hero, who, in reality, is just an awful monster..." It's hinted a second time at end of the episode when PuppyCat stares out the window, the reflection of the Space Outlaw is shown instead of his own, then quickly fades away. It's also hinted at when Cardamon asks PuppyCat if he's ever been in love, and a brief image of the Space Outlaw and Space Princess are seen holding hands.

In the fairytale PuppyCat tells Wallace, he tells of a Space Outlaw and a princess. The two were meant to be together, but when the time came for them to run away, he discovered that the princess had lied to him, and an army of the Space King's warlocks were waiting for him. However, the magic that was supposed to capture him turned him into a monster, and so he escaped.

PuppyCat looks like an ordinary cat with some minor differences. He has a cat-like body with a dog-like tail. He has a mostly white body with beige ears, thick beige eyebrows, a beige tipped tail, and beige paws. PuppyCat's facial expression doesn't change often; he typically has a small frown.

He wears a pink frill-like collar with a yellow bell. According to Bee, PuppyCat smells like and has the tail of a dog but otherwise heavily resembles a cat.
