Supernatural Disaster Management Agency

• Often called The Bureau for short
• A governmental agency under the Ministry of Environment established to prevent loss of life or massive property damage caused by Supernatural Disasters.
• They are not on good terms with Daydream Inc.

Supernatural Disasters

• A strange phenomena the government and companies investigate in secret.
• Supernatural Disasters are alternate spaces based on urban legends. They’re visibly different than the normal world. It’s impossible to contact the real world when you’re in one.
• Anyone can enter a Supernatural Disaster, knowingly or accidentally. The general public is unaware of them, aside from rumors.

Management

• The Bureau focuses more on managing Disasters, but unregistered (normal) Supernatural Phenomena with no risk are also regularly monitored to make sure it remain safe and have no danger to the civilians. Some unregistered phenomena are also used by the Management Agency for their activities.
• Disasters, on the other hand, are isolated and eliminated if possible.
• To stably block aggressive Disasters, scapegoats need to be offered. The Bureau selects the scapegoats among civilian based on their 'scales of evil'. Only those who have been proven to have committed a horrendous act worse than motiveless murder are selected by the government and unknowingly sent into Disasters along with an agent who manage and supervise them.
