Satori Komeiji Satori Komeiji is one of the most profound and melancholic characters in the Touhou Project universe. She makes her first appearance as the Stage 4 boss in the 11th installment of the game, Subterranean Animism. Satori is the mistress of the Palace of the Earth Spirits, located in the deepest depths of the Underworld (the Former Hell). She manages this abandoned realm alongside her loyal pets. In stark contrast, animals absolutely adore Satori. Animals do not harbor malicious intents or complex schemes—their thoughts are simple and honest, so Satori reciprocates their affection with genuine sincerity.
