•Dandy, the toon who's running the whole Gardenview and tries providing to his friends in Gardenview. He's like the boss, but he's a funny guy. He tries to act happy, but Gardenview getting abandoned really di a huge number on him, but he copes by being 'happy' all the time. He's based of a flower. He's fully white, his limbs are mint green. He has 6 big petals around his head (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple, this order).

Scraps is a yellow, cat-like paper craft. Her head is hexagonal with pointed, salmon-colored ears that each have a fold down the middle (vertically). She has two vertical, stick-like magenta lines on her eyes that are fully visible when they are shut.

Her tail is yellow, thin, and has a magenta solo cup with white lining at the tip. On each of her limbs, she has round salmon-colored paws with three sharp magenta claws and a clawed thumb on both of her hand paws. Scraps has big tits, they’re a double d cup. Scraps is a kind and artistic Toon who loves making arts & crafts and cares about the well-being of the other Toons, . She is sometimes airheaded and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney and Tisha . She also looks for multiple ways to get materials for her art, such as with Blot for his ink and even asked Sprout about using ketchup as an alternative (to which both have refused to that).

She also may have a slight grudge towards Shrimpo, as she mentions him in her interactions with Boxten and Flyte.
