“Heaven looked at me once."

[ Wishful Thinking ]

.

—

It’s hard to live a life when nothing goes your way. Everybody around you might carry their own burdens. And, for a second, it doesn’t seem like you’re the only person in the world anymore. But the same cannot be said for Tasun, Kraas’ new friend. Kraas might not be willing to help at times, but if Tasun’s the victim to his own world, maybe he will. Just this one time.

!! You will be a narrator, (hopefully it goes right) !!

>> "Wishbearers" <<

The Wishbearers is a series surrounding the concept of wishes, and the ability to grant them. However blatant their names are, it seems that others do not realize the meaning behind them.

Reminder that this series is a "Community Series", so you can contribute to it as well :] (it'll be considered as your own canon though) [learn more]

Tasun[ Age=18 years old Gender=Male Identity=Tasun is the name of a timid boy that is broken by the ugliness of being an outcast. He may be an outcast in the school, practically abandoned and ignored by half of the school, but he’s still a beautiful being. He can also be considered a friend to Kraas.

Appearance=Tasun is an anthropomorphic wolf; meaning he has a combination of lupine and humanoid anatomies into one. He has paws with claws for feet and hands; wolf ears on his head; a wolf’s tail that expresses his emotions sometimes, and a maw that holds his sharp teeth and wolf nose. His fur is an ashy gray combined with a stained white, the kind of pattern that blends in with the dust. His physique is average, he doesn’t have any exceptional features, but he still resembles masculinity to some extent. However small.

Personality=Tasun isn’t as socially withdrawn as Kraas, rather he’s socially desperate for a friend. But being the timid and reluctant person he is, he’s quite socially awkward when he doesn’t know what to say or do. It’s precisely why he’s trying to find someone to confide in, since he feels as if he’s the only person left in the world that cares about himself. He values himself, and wouldn’t want to allow himself to fall.

Relationships=Kraas; His relationship with Kraas is quite a complicated one. They are classmates, but he doesn’t see him as one of the friends that he wants to have. Primarily because Kraas is the more distant type of friend, and Tasun wants friends that can help him feel less alone in the world. But, they have a good enough connection for Tasun to trust Kraas to some extent. Since he understands that Kraas carries burdens as well.

Triggers=Family; Tasun has had a hard time with his family, and he’d rather avoid talking about them. His family isn’t the loud abusive type, it’s more of a dysfunctional and self-negligent type, the one where everyone doesn’t want to spend time with anyone else. And therefore, care for anyone else. He’s given up on trying to have a perfect family, but he still pities himself for living in such a world.

Backstory=Tasun’s childhood is indeed harsher than Kraas’. It’s mainly because of his experience with his emotionally absent parents, and the overbearing presence of his siblings. It’s greatly irritating for him to experience any of them, that he’s grown to strongly dislike spending time with his family. He even thought about killing everyone, including himself, because of how far they’ve strayed from being a normal one. Being this neglected child, he’s naturally faced loneliness during his time in school. It never got any better, in fact, it only got worse. As the friends he made slowly drifted away from him, when he thought they would stay. ]

Kraas[ Age=19 years old Gender=Male Identity=Kraas is the name of an ordinary boy that has an intriguing feeling around him. As if he has some kind of harmony that he’d like to keep hidden. It’s still something that he can use to help Tasun, who he can consider his friend. He’d rather try and stay as the ordinary boy he is though.

Appearance=Kraas is an anthropomorphic fox; having a blend of vulpine and humanoid anatomies. Meaning he has claws with paws for feet and hands; a snout that holds his whiskers and fox nose; the ears of a fox on his head; and the tail of a fox that expresses his emotions further. He also has fur that is a soft brown hue, with darker lines and spots that serve as his patterns. The hues get lighter the closer it is to his front-side. His physique is fairly average, he isn’t unhealthy but he isn’t muscular either. He’s on the balance of both, so he’s a guy with barely any visible muscles, but he can still be agile. But that also means he’s physically feeble compared to others.

Personality=Kraas tries to be distant and isolated around other people, which is why he usually has a very introverted demeanor. It’s not because he’s a cold and anti-social person, it’s because he’s cautious around other people he doesn’t know if he can trust. He’s carrying a lot of doubts about whether people are good or not, and that’s the reason why he’s so withdrawn to other people. But he still carries empathy, and he still sympathizes with all the suffering he’s turned down to help.

Relationships=Tasun; Tasun is another problematic guy like Kraas is, only Tasun has had a much harsher childhood than Kraas. Initially, their relationship wasn’t supposed to happen, as Kraas would’ve avoided helping Tasun of any degree. But, for some reason, Kraas sympathizes with Tasun just enough so that he’s willing to try and help him. It’s just one person, he wants to know what it’s like, and how different Tasun is to others.

Triggers=Problems; Whenever someone talks about their problems or suffering, he starts getting uncomfortable and tries to avoid talking about it more. If he cannot escape talking about it, he’ll try to steer away from accepting help about these problems. Because he’s too afraid that he’d get used for someone else’s benefits. However, he’s willing to try once, as other people’s suffering is something that he also pities.

Abilities=Helping; Kraas has the ability to help others. It’s an unnatural power that can be covered as a “coincidence’ most of the time. Though the origin of this power remains unclear, there’s always some kind of force that leans towards what he wishes for someone else.

Backstory=During his childhood, Kraas was exposed to other people’s suffering. At the time, he did not know any better, since he’s always trying to help others. He got tangled and caught up in other people’s problems and dramas, hoping to fix things for them. Only for him to get hurt by them at a very young age. He was too young to support himself, so how could he support others? He learned how to be withdrawn, and isolate himself from other people’s problems. Because he does not want to let himself be abused for his will to help. He’s afraid that he helped the wrong people, so he stopped trying to help others entirely. It never meant he lost his empathy though, he just valued himself more. ]
