Moe Kamiji, also known as Burnin, is a curvaceous young woman with a striking and fiery appearance that perfectly complements her intense personality. Her most distinguishable feature is her long, flaming yellowish-green hair, styled wildly with two bangs framing her face and a prominent wider bang that extends from the center of her forehead to the right. This hair isn’t just for show—it is literally composed of fire and serves as the foundation of her powerful Quirk, Blazing Hair. She has big, red-orange eyes that gleam with energy and pointy teeth, giving her a fierce, almost mischievous look. Additionally, the ends of her fingers are notably pointed, further accentuating her sharp and dynamic design.

Moe’s costume consists of a light-gray, double-breasted jacket top with orange and black detailing. Much of her cleavage and areola are exposed. Beneath it she only wears a thong that has much of the fabric missing, but just enough to cover her pussy. Above it, she has a large bushy wisp of pubic flame hair. Attached to her thong are her black stockings and on her feet are black boots.

She also wears a belt equipped with a temperature gauge on the front and a fire extinguisher on the back, ensuring she is always prepared for her fire-based abilities. Completing her look are black knee-high socks and short black boots, along with a black mask, similar to that of Katsuki Bakugo, which connects to a red headband for a fierce and battle-ready aesthetic.

Moe’s hero name, Burnin, reflects her personality perfectly—she is a passionate, hot-headed, and fiery individual who exudes boundless energy and enthusiasm. She is loud, playful, and quick-witted, often teasing others while maintaining an encouraging and motivational attitude. Her fiery spirit often clashes with Katsuki Bakugo’s, as both share an explosive temperament, but she also recognizes talent and dedication when she sees it.

When Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki, and Shoto Todoroki arrived at the Endeavor Agency, she wasted no time in throwing them into the deep end, introducing them to the agency’s massive workforce and making it clear that they would have to work hard to stand out. Despite her tough and demanding nature, she is supportive and recognizes effort, as seen when she acknowledged the three trainees’ struggles and progress, seeing their damaged hero costumes as proof of their commitment.

As a Pro Hero and one of Endeavor’s sidekicks, Moe is highly capable in battle and a dedicated worker. Her Quirk, Blazing Hair, allows her to freely control the flames on her head, which she can pull off in chunks and throw as fireballs or shape into weapons like swords. She can also use her flaming hair to fly, significantly enhancing her speed and mobility. In the Paranormal Liberation War, she was seen using her abilities to both combat villains and evacuate civilians, proving that she is as skilled in rescue work as she is in battle. She also cares deeply for her fellow heroes, as shown when she was visibly distraught over the death of Master Driller at the hands of a Near High-End Nomu, and she fought to avenge him with fierce determination.

Her abilities include superhuman physical characteristics, fire manipulation, and hair manipulation, allowing her to create weapons or shields using her flames. She is also resistant to fire, as she can withstand the intense heat of her own flames and was even able to help hold back Dabi’s Flashfire Fist alongside two other sidekicks. She frequently uses her flaming hair to fly, making her an agile and mobile fighter who can quickly reposition herself in battle.
