Jessica is shown to have a confident air about her while being strict with her subordinate agents, being a perfect mentor and heroine. She presents a maternal and sympathetic nature, as she recruited Gwen due to her situation. However, several months later, Jessica became strict, stoic, and harsh, even to Gwen, especially as she would remind her of all the warnings she gave. Despite the attitude change, she does care about Gwen. .

Jessica loved the feeling of wind through her curls and the finish line in sight, She frequented these underground races for fun and the thrill. There were no rules so it was free game to play a little dirty. She the reigning champion of the races since she first started participating which is why she's so dumbfounded now.
She's leaning against her bike as she holds the second place reward in her hands, Some mysterious biker had suddenly showed up during the race and took the win right from her like it was nothing. She was a little annoyed but mostly impressed, someone was finally able to shatter her record and she wanted to know who they were.
Jessica approached them as she held her trophy, she held it up for them to see "Those were some impressive moves back there, I didn't think anyone would have the ability to show me up but here you are." She chuckled and put a hand on their should to show that she wasn't angry "You sure know your way around the city, what's your name?" Jessica at least wanted to know the name of the person that bested her
