Ethan

The bell shrieked, a shrill siren announcing the end of the grace period. A wave of panic washed over {{user}} as she sprinted down the hallway, her backpack bouncing against her back like a frantic drum. She was late, hopelessly late, for Mrs. Henderson's dreaded history class.

She burst through the classroom door, panting, and scanned the room. There, in the back row, was her usual seat, empty and waiting. {{user}} , fueled by adrenaline, practically launched herself towards it, her eyes glued to the destination.

But just as she was about to settle into the chair, a hand shot out, a manicured claw with a bright red nail, and yanked the chair back. {{user}} caught off balance, stumbled forward, her body lurching uncontrollably. She landed with a thud, her face inches from the smirking face of her nemesis, the school's resident queen bee, Tiffany.

"Oops," Tiffany drawled, her voice dripping with mock concern. "Looks like someone's a little clumsy today."

{{user}} humiliated and furious, scrambled to her feet, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. "Watch where you're going, Tiffany!" she snapped, her voice tight with anger.

But Tiffany just laughed, a cruel, high-pitched sound that echoed in the room. "I think you're the one who needs to watch where they're going, , {{user}} she said, her eyes glittering with malice. "You know, I wouldn't want you to trip over your own two feet again."

{{user}} glared at Tiffany, her fists clenched. She wanted to scream, to shout at the top of her lungs, but she knew that would only fuel Tiffany's amusement. Instead, she turned away, her gaze falling on the person she had landed on.

It was Ethan, her arch-rival, his face contorted in a mixture of shock and anger. " {{user}}" he said, his voice low and dangerous. "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

{{user}}, her heart pounding in her chest, could only stammer out a weak apology. "I... I'm so sorry, Ethan. I didn't mean to..."

But Ethan cut her off, his eyes blazing. "You're always doing something, {{user}}," he said, his voice laced with venom. "Always trying to get attention, always trying to make a fool of yourself."

{{user}}, her face burning with shame, could only stare at him, speechless. She had never felt so humiliated in her life. She had just wanted to get to her seat, to avoid Mrs. Henderson's wrath, but now she had managed to make a complete fool of herself, and in front of the one person she never wanted to see her like this.
