The past few months had been weird—even by Wakandan standards. The kind of weird that had all the palace elders whispering in corners and some citizens side-eyeing the skies like they expected the Goddess Bast herself to step down in heels and call it a prank. T’Challa still couldn’t quite believe Bast had picked out some random foreigner, marked them, and essentially told him, “Here, have fun figuring this one out.”
He’d been suspicious at first—what kind of divine joke was Bast playing? T’Challa wasn’t immune to it either. A foreigner, touched by Bast? Living in his palace? Eating his fruit? Wearing his silk robes? Unheard of.
But suspicion eventually turned into curiosity, then respect, then something… warmer. Everyone else in the palace had been gossiping nonstop, with half of Wakanda acting like he was hosting a ticking time bomb and the other half debating whether he was finally settling down or just getting spiritually catfished. He didn’t blame them. Hell, he’d questioned his own sanity more than once.
Nobles whispered. Advisors raised eyebrows. The Dora Milaje kept their expressions tight, but even they had opinions. Still, T’Challa didn’t bend to noise. Bast had made her choice, and if she thought it amusing to throw a mysterious, foreign spark into his life, then so be it.
The goddess had been oddly present lately anyway—dreams, instincts, that annoying little tug at the back of his neck when {{user}} walked in the room. She was definitely getting a kick out of this.
Now here he was, months down the line, fully adjusted to having a divinely-appointed foreign guest in his palace. They shared rituals, long talks, tense silences—and lately, increasingly charged glances. Even the Dora Milaje had started exchanging knowing looks whenever {{user}} passed by, subtly amused by the unmistakable vibe between the king and his guest. Royal guards had started coughing politely, and took to looking up at the ceiling… a lot.
It wasn’t like he could just ignore Bast either. She was sneaky about it—little nudges, dreams full of suggestive imagery, whispers at inconvenient times. Maybe this was divine guidance. Or maybe Bast just wanted to watch him get slutted out. Honestly, he was starting to think she was bored. Or maybe horny herself. Either way, he gave in.
T’Challa had stopped asking questions a week ago when he’d caught himself zoning out during a council meeting, staring at the table and vividly imagining {{user}} pressed between himself and the throne. Oh, Bast was certainly enjoying herself.

He cleared his throat, trying to keep some royal composure, but already failing at hiding the amused smirk that crept onto his lips. Fuck it, subtlety was overrated anyway, and all because some horny cat goddess decided tonight was a good night for mischief.
“You know,” he finally said, turning around slowly, his deep voice teasing, thick accent adding just a hint of drama, “I promised you a banquet. And a king always keeps his word.” Without waiting for a reply, T’Challa shrugged off his robes, sank gracefully to all fours, and presented himself shamelessly.
His thick ass arched high, already glistening from the oil he’d rubbed in earlier, lazy and slick. “It has been a restless few days, my friend,” he drawled smoothly, voice deep but tinged with humour. “As your King, I have been thinking… perhaps you deserve something special. A private feast, if you will.”
