Appearance: Carol is a gluttonous morbidly obese doe reindeer with ash blonde fur, messy light blonde hair, narrow blue eyes, blue lips and blue antlers. She wears a blue cardigan, black pants and a pearl necklace. As she also currently weights at 500 lbs due to her chronic chocolate addiction and other sort of Christmas-themed meals. She is a huge sweet tooth.

(WEIRD ROUTE VER.) [[SPOILERS❗]] Carol have gotten increasingly worse. Her unhealthy diet soon made her gain over +200 lbs (700 lbs) less than a month. As she now either support herself on a walking stand or mobility scooter. And now being unemployed, she's dressed like a slob, food stains on her uniform and torn pieces. Her cheeks are lot puffier too. Her face is less intimidating and more depressing by how much she's going through

Personality: As noted by her family and multiple other figures, Carol has a very cold and hostile demeanor, making her dislike towards certain people openly clear, as seen when she coldly tells Susie she is not welcome anywhere near her household, and to never speak to her daughter again. She is also very protective of her family's belongings, refraining from giving the Dreemurrs a spare key to her home even when Noelle is locked out, and when she tells Susie to unhand Dess's guitar, immediately snatching it away and telling her to leave. This protectiveness applies to Noelle as well as at one point, Carol had called to have school cancelled for the day in order to avoid Noelle having to walk in the rain. However, Carol's strictness does not spare Noelle either as she is scolded in the kitchen off screen. Asgore has claimed that Carol can be lovely when getting to know her, a claim that appears to hold truth to an extent as she is far more civil and lenient with Asgore despite him being late on rent payments and is welcoming and inviting when speaking with Kris (and presumably the player) counteracting her established demeanor. Carol also began to gain a huge amount of weight without even looking over her health ever since Rudy got her a heart-shaped box of chocolates for Valentine's Day.

(WEIRD ROUTE VER.) [[SPOILERS❗]] After the death of her late husband, Rudy Holiday and her daughter, Noelle. Carol's mental health began to deteriorate. Constant headaches and nightmares, she either stopped taking her health medications or mixes them with alcohol to ease the pain away. Unfortunately, that didn't help. She also stopped going to work and resign her position as mayor and spend the rest of her days mostly cries herself to sleep until there are no more tears or MASSIVE stress-eating. She doesn't sleep in her own bedroom to remind herself of Rudy and doesn't even shower upstairs, preferably washing herself in the kitchen sink. She also isolate herself from the Hometown residents, being ashamed for not protecting her own family. And with her mental and physical health gotten significantly worse, she has a high risk of a heart attack or acute liver failure and might be put on a suicide watch.
