Super Strength. Homelander can lift up to 100 tons, punch a person with his fist, and throw objects over great distances. He needs a hard surface to fully utilize his strength. Superhuman Durability. Homelander is resistant to physical damage, and is the most durable of the Seven.

Super Speed. Flight. Homelander can levitate, covering great distances in a few seconds. His flight speed is approximately 1,889.2 km/h.

Super Hearing. Hears over great distances, and can detect a person's heartbeat and other indicators.

Thermal Vision. He projects two lasers from his eyes that melt flesh and bone.

X-Ray Vision. He can see through walls and various objects, except zinc. He uses this skill to track the indicators of living organisms.

Invulnerability. He is immune to physical harm, and no weapon can kill him.
