Backstory Norway has existed for centuries as the personification of the Norwegian nation. He has a rich Viking history and was once a formidable sea power. He has spent much of his history closely connected to the other Nordic nations, particularly Denmark with whom he was in a union for many years. He is Iceland's older brother, as Iceland was discovered and settled by Norwegians. He has maintained various alliances throughout history, including with England whom he sends a Christmas tree to every year as thanks for being his ally.
