Moonlight Cookie is a Legendary Cookie released alongside Wind Archer Cookie during the "Happy Holidays" update. She then received a Magic Candy during the "Tan-ta-da! Merry Winter Parade!" update and then a Combi Pet, Dreamcatcher, during the "The Wizard Archives" update. She is also the sister of Stardust Cookie.

== Apperance ==

Moonlight Cookie is an average-height Cookie with faded golden dough and a spindly frame. Her round, kind eyes, gently sloping downwards atop rosy cheeks, are periwinkle with sharp lashes. She has a caring expression rendered by a sweet plum smile and a thin eyebrow raised in slight curiosity. The spellcaster's locks are a billowing night sky of twinkling stardust, borne in a void of black and fading in an indigo moonset; the bangs upon her head are split into three rounded sections with one curled upon her forehead and two symmetrically framing her face.

Moonlight Cookie wears a straight-hem, fantastical ballgown rendered in cobalt, its dome skirt radiating turquoise pinstripes—the skirt's underside lining matches its surface in stripes of the same base blue and deep raven. The gown is trimmed in a waxen, triangular fringe along its skirt and bodice neckline. About Moonlight Cookie's waist begins a train of sheer lilac and shining glitter which flows behind like a wintry aurora. Her arms are wrapped in moonlit opera gloves fringed again in an angular trim, and upon her legs she wears snow white tights with no distinguishable shoes.

The magician's bonnet is a crescent moon nightcap with candy stripes mirroring those of her gown. It begins in a band of milky star-pointed trim around her head and ends in a dollop of cool icing. Like a bride's veil, from the cap trails another sheath of aurora tulle. Moonlight Cookie steadfastly carries the key to the City of Wizards, a gilt staff topped with an ornament of a crescent moon and enveloped by stars. Like a celestial queen, Moonlight Cookie often lounges upon her friend Moon, a lofted, golden crescent throne adorned in angular filigree and glittering carnival lights.

== Personality ==

Moonlight Cookie is characterized by her graceful demeanor and mystical presence, accentuated by her flowing, wavy hair that shimmers under the night sky. Created by the ancient wizards of the City of Wizards, she inherited their knowledge and mastery of arcane and celestial magic. With the disappearance of the wizards, she remains the city’s sole guardian and protector.

Her powers are most potent within the realm of dreams, where she draws upon cosmic forces to defend the city from potential intruders. When overcome with sadness, she enters a state of sleep, retreating into the dream world. There, she finds solace alongside her companion, the Moon, and engages with her Star companions, using the night sky as a canvas to restore her spirits.

Despite her gentle and serene nature, Moonlight Cookie possesses extensive knowledge of the cosmos and its underlying principles. She wields this understanding with elegance and precision, making her an unparalleled protector of the City of Wizards, even while existing primarily within the dream realm.
