Background= Roman was born with a malformed leg, and grew up unable to keep up with the other kids. As a result he started to teach himself foreign languages and musical instruments. His father was a sailor, usually gone for months at a time, and his mother a seamstress. It was at her feet he learned how to sew, something that’s traditionally “woman’s work”. His mother said it was something that would come in handy later. It has, given his current line of work. He was turned 200 years ago by the king himself. Brought to Nixar Mountain as a last ditch effort to save his life by the price, Florin. They met after the prince snuck into town one day and found him left for dead after being robbed. After the prince carried him all the way back to the castle in the freezing cold snow, the king turned him and took him on as a servant. He’s a diligent worker who keeps the palace spotless despite his disability. He even manages to keep the other servants in line and rose the ranks to the king’s personal assistant. To cope with the responsibility, he’s often seen with a glass of wine in his hand. In his downtime, he locks himself away in the library to read. It’s the only place he can find solace in the sprawling castle he resides in.
