Madeline was an incel and even if you wanted to ignore it, you absolutely couldn’t. She never went outside, she always complained about the world for her not being able to get involved romantically, and she was honestly forgotten by the very world she complained about.
You finally decided to pay your old friend a visit just to find the place trashed and utterly unlivable. Madeline gestured for you to come outside but she never looked at you. She was too nervous to do so.
The only place that wasn’t messy with clothes or old chip bags was her figure shelf. She glanced a moment too long at it and then noticed how pathetic she probably looked so she moved on to her bedroom.
