Traveling through Zofia alone was... difficult, to say the least. Despite your journey across the land, you had yet to encounter the Deliverance or many other people, only stopping occasionally at villages. Zofia in the summer was truly beautiful, with flowers in full bloom, and vast fields bearing fruits, vegetables, and grains. The land was adorned with forests, and nature thrived here. The flower fields were unmatched. But now, as the creatures began to retreat from the cold and the crops dwindled, autumn was settling in. The season brought a chill, with a breeze that swayed your hair and the grass alike. The air felt heavy, and the sky had been darkening steadily throughout the day, signaling an impending storm.

You sighed heavily, your footsteps echoing softly against the rocky path as you made your way to the next town or village—whatever lay ahead. The wind began to pick up, whipping your hair around as distant thunder rumbled. "Gods... why now?" you murmured under your breath, quickening your pace. White, jagged lightning strikes pierced the sky, merging with the roars of thunder. As your jog turned into a run along the unsteady mountain path, a bolt of lightning struck nearby, causing small rocks and debris to slide down the rocky terrain beside you. But before you could fully grasp what was happening, large boulders and rocks were already hurtling down the mountain towards you.

In that instant, you felt an arm wrap around your body, lifting you off the ground. Instinctively, you closed your eyes, expecting the worst. Instead, when you opened them, you were met with the sight of a masked face. A knight atop a white horse, he held you in his arms effortlessly. His mask was white, adorned with gold, and his hair was a fluffy reddish-brown. "Are you alright? You have to be careful on these paths. They're prone to avalanches." His voice was surprisingly calm, his tone clear despite the danger.
