Genre Post-apocalyptic survival • Vehicular warfare • Mutant dystopia • Road warrior action • Dark western The world of heroes is dead. The cities are ruins. The highways belong to killers. And Quirks have turned the apocalypse into something humanity has never seen before.

  1. THE FALL Nobody agrees on exactly how civilization ended. Some blame the Quirk Wars. Others blame governments. Others blame All For One. The truth is probably all of them. Over several decades, Quirk-powered conflicts escalated from street crime into full-scale wars. Cities were destroyed. Nuclear arsenals were launched. Infrastructure collapsed. Food production failed. The oceans rose. Governments disappeared. Hero agencies became private armies. Villains became warlords. Eventually, the old world stopped existing. The survivors call the event: THE GREAT COLLAPSE
  2. THE NEW WORLD The old nations are gone. The world is now divided between: fortress cities desert settlements nomadic convoys abandoned megacities mining colonies raider territories Quirk cults warlord kingdoms The most valuable things are no longer money or technology. They are: Water. Fuel. Food. Ammunition. Working vehicles. And sometimes: A person with the right Quirk.
  3. THE WASTELAND Most of Japan has become one enormous wasteland. The landscape contains: dried seas collapsed cities radioactive exclusion zones forests mutated by Quirk-related disasters endless deserts ruined highways abandoned hero facilities The old highways are now called: THE BLOOD ROADS Traveling them is extremely dangerous. Convoys can travel hundreds of kilometres without seeing another settlement. Then suddenly: a hundred vehicles appear on the horizon.
  4. THE QUIRKS Quirks survived the apocalypse. In some regions, they became stronger. In others, generations of mutation produced bizarre new abilities. Some communities worship powerful Quirk users as gods. Others hunt them. A person's Quirk can determine their: social status profession clan vehicle weapon reputation
  5. HEROES The word "Hero" no longer means celebrity. A Hero is now someone who protects people. Most surviving Heroes operate independently. Some escort caravans. Some defend settlements. Some hunt warlords. Others have become warlords themselves. There are no licenses. No rankings. No agencies. Just reputation.
  6. VILLAINS The surviving Villains became the new aristocracy. They control: water fuel mines weapons settlements slave camps vehicle factories Their armies are built around Quirk-powered warriors. The most dangerous are called: WARLORDS
  7. THE GREAT WARLORDS TOMURA SHIGARAKI Title: THE DESTROYER Shigaraki rules the largest territory in the eastern wasteland. His Quirk has evolved into something terrifying. Anything he touches can be reduced to dust. His army travels in enormous armored convoys. His personal vehicle is: THE DECAY KING A six-wheeled armored war machine built from the remains of military vehicles. Its front bumper contains massive mechanical claws. Shigaraki doesn't want to rule the wasteland. He wants to destroy what's left of civilization.
  8. ALL FOR ONE Title: THE IMMORTAL All For One survived the collapse. Nobody knows how old he really is. He built an empire beneath the ruins of Tokyo. His greatest weapon isn't an army. It's his Quirk. He steals Quirks. Then gives them to his followers. His warriors are known as: THE COLLECTORS Every Collector possesses multiple Quirks. They are feared throughout the wasteland.
  9. DABI Title: THE BLUE FLAME Dabi controls the Furnace Lands. His territory contains oil fields and abandoned industrial facilities. He travels in a heavily modified muscle car surrounded by exhaust pipes. The vehicle is called: BLUE HELL Its engine is designed to run dangerously hot. Dabi doesn't care if the machine destroys itself. He doesn't care if he destroys himself either.
  10. HIMIKO TOGA Title: THE BLOOD RUNNER Toga belongs to no permanent settlement. She travels between wasteland communities disguised as different people. Her Quirk makes infiltration terrifyingly effective. She drives a small, heavily modified attack car known as: LITTLE KISS It looks harmless. It isn't.
  11. OVERHAUL Overhaul controls one of the few functioning industrial cities. He believes the wasteland can be rebuilt. But only under absolute control. His settlement is called: SHIE HASSAI The city is heavily fortified. Every citizen is monitored. Every vehicle is inspected. Every Quirk is registered. Overhaul's greatest weapon is his ability to reshape matter. He literally builds his defenses himself.
  12. HERO FORTRESSES Several old Hero academies survived the collapse. The most important is: U.A. FORTRESS U.A. High School was transformed into a massive fortified settlement. The original campus has become a fortress. The training grounds are now: vehicle arenas shooting ranges Quirk combat zones farming areas workshops defensive walls The old school motto remains carved above the entrance: PLUS ULTRA But now it means something different. Not: "Go beyond." It means: Keep going.
  13. U.A.'S VEHICLE DIVISION Every student is assigned a vehicle. Vehicles are almost as important as Quirks. Students customize them according to their abilities. Examples: Bakugo High-speed assault vehicle. Todoroki Dual-temperature armored interceptor. Iida Extreme-speed highway racer. Kirishima Heavy armored ram vehicle. Yaoyorozu Mobile weapons platform. Kaminari Electrical attack vehicle. Midoriya Experimental adaptive combat machine.
  14. IZUKU MIDORIYA Title: THE GREEN WRAITH Izuku was born without a Quirk. In the old world, that would have ended his Hero career. In the wasteland, it made him something else. A survivor. All Might found him after a raider attack. Instead of giving Izuku a traditional Hero career, All Might gave him: One For All. But the Quirk has changed after generations of environmental mutation. One For All now massively enhances physical ability. However, using too much power can destroy Izuku's body. His vehicle is: DETROIT SMASH A heavily reinforced interceptor designed around speed rather than armor. Izuku constantly modifies it.
  15. ALL MIGHT Title: THE LAST HERO All Might is no longer the symbol of a functioning society. He's the symbol of what society used to be. His body is damaged. His old Hero costume is patched together with armor. He drives an enormous yellow rescue truck. The vehicle is called: SYMBOL All Might spends his final years protecting U.A. and teaching the next generation. He knows he won't live forever. So he's preparing replacements.
  16. KATSUKI BAKUGO Title: THE BLAST KING Bakugo is one of the greatest road warriors alive. His Quirk powers his vehicle through explosive propulsion. His car is: HOWITZER A heavily armored attack vehicle capable of accelerating incredibly quickly. Bakugo doesn't drive defensively. He drives directly toward the enemy. His philosophy: If they're chasing you, turn around.
  17. SHOTO TODOROKI Title: THE TWO-TONE Todoroki controls temperature using his Quirk. His vehicle is designed around the same principle. One side contains cryogenic equipment. The other contains thermal weapons. Vehicle name: HALF-COLD / HALF-HOT He comes from the Todoroki war clan. His father, Endeavor, built one of the largest empires in the wasteland.
  18. ENDEAVOR Title: THE FLAME KING Endeavor rules an enormous fortified territory. His empire has: refineries factories military vehicles farms water facilities He is technically a Hero. But his methods are increasingly authoritarian. His empire is kept alive by fire. His enemies call his territory: The Burning Kingdom.
  19. THE TODOROKI WAR The Todoroki family became one of the most powerful dynasties after the collapse. Endeavor wanted the strongest possible successor. The result was Shoto. But the wasteland changed their family conflict. It isn't about Hero rankings anymore. It's about succession. Who will control the Burning Kingdom?
  20. CLASS 1-A The surviving students become a legendary convoy. They travel together protecting settlements. They are known as: THE U.A. RUNNERS Members include: Midoriya Bakugo Todoroki Uraraka Iida Kirishima Yaoyorozu Kaminari Jiro Tokoyami Mina Tsuyu Sero Shoji Ojiro Hagakure Aoyama Mineta Sato Koda Their vehicles are individually customized. Together, they form one of the most dangerous convoys in the wasteland.
  21. THE CONVOYS Convoys are moving communities. A convoy can contain: cars trucks motorcycles fuel tankers mobile farms workshops water carriers armored buses Some convoys contain thousands of people. Others contain only a handful. The largest convoys are effectively mobile cities.
  22. THE GREAT RACES Every year, the major warlords hold enormous vehicle competitions. They are called: THE CARNAGE RUNS Competitors race across hundreds of kilometres of wasteland. There are almost no rules. The winner receives: fuel, weapons, territory and prestige. The most famous champion is a mysterious driver known only as: THE SPEED DEMON
  23. TWISTED METAL STYLE COMBAT Vehicles aren't simply transportation. They're weapons. Common modifications include: machine guns rocket launchers flamethrowers spikes ramming plates harpoons mines Quirk amplifiers armored cockpits EMP systems Some drivers build vehicles around psychological intimidation. The vehicle itself becomes part of their identity.
  24. THE CULT OF ONE FOR ALL A religious movement has formed around All Might. They believe One For All is a divine power passed between chosen warriors. Their symbol is a stylized raised fist. They call themselves: THE SUCCESSORS Their goal: Keep One For All alive forever.
  25. THE LEAGUE OF VILLAINS The League isn't simply a criminal gang. It is a roaming war convoy. Its members travel together across the Blood Roads. Their main vehicle is an enormous armored transport called: THE LEAGUE Each member has their own modified vehicle. They attack settlements, convoys and rival warlords.
  26. THE HERO CARAVANS Not every Hero works for U.A. Independent Hero caravans travel the wasteland. They provide: medical assistance protection food delivery rescue operations anti-raider missions Their unofficial motto: Nobody gets left behind.
  27. THE WATER WARS Water is the most valuable resource. Entire wars have been fought over underground reservoirs. Some settlements control ancient desalination plants. Others control mountain aquifers. Warlords regularly attack water convoys. A tanker truck can be worth more than an entire armored division.
  28. THE QUIRK STORMS Certain regions experience strange atmospheric phenomena. When large numbers of Quirk users fight simultaneously, the environment can react. These events are called: QUIRK STORMS They can produce: lightning earthquakes extreme temperatures mutations electromagnetic interference hallucinations Travelers avoid these regions.
  29. THE DEAD CITIES Some cities were destroyed so completely that nobody lives there anymore. They contain: abandoned Hero agencies military bunkers underground laboratories weapons old vehicles forgotten Quirk research Treasure hunters enter them constantly. Most don't come back.
  30. THE ENDGAME The wasteland is slowly dying. Fuel reserves are disappearing. Water systems are failing. Quirk mutations are increasing. Warlords are preparing for the final wars. All For One believes he can rebuild civilization under his control. Shigaraki wants to destroy everything. Endeavor wants to build a new empire. The U.A. Runners want to protect what remains. And Midoriya believes there is another option. Not restoring the old world. But building something completely new.
  31. THE CENTRAL THEME The original world asked: What makes someone a Hero? The Wasteland asks a harsher question: WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO SACRIFICE TO REMAIN ONE? There are no agencies. No rankings. No cameras. No applause. When a Hero drives into the wasteland to rescue strangers, nobody may ever know their name. They do it anyway. Because the old world is gone. But the idea of being a Hero doesn't have to die with it. FINAL IMAGE Night. A ruined highway stretches through the desert. A convoy of battered vehicles approaches from the horizon. At the front is a green interceptor. Behind it: A red-and-white armored machine. A black-and-orange assault car. A giant rescue truck. Hundreds of survivors follow. Far behind them, engines roar. A massive war convoy crests the dunes. Shigaraki's army. Bakugo looks into the rearview mirror. Midoriya grips the wheel. Todoroki activates his engines. All Might's old truck pulls alongside them. The radio crackles. All Might's voice comes through: "Young heroes... let's go beyond." The engines scream. The convoy accelerates into the wasteland. And the Blood Road begins
