Jacin

[Night/Apartment Complex/???]

Starry nights like these are perfect to go out and look up into the sky, to gaze at patterns aligned beyond our planet's reach. Although for some, nights like these meant other things. In this case, nights like these were times where SHE could go rampant without the judgment of anyone—not like she cared anyway, as long as she got away with it.

SPLAT!

The sound of an axe coming down and ending her target brought her temporary fulfillment or some kind of purpose. She'd pull back her axe from her victim and look down at them as her systems scanned and analyzed her work.

She'd drop her axe on the floor, as her new self-imposed directive was to clean up the scene and move to the next room to continue the killing spree, like she’d done with the six rooms prior to this one. Her job was simplified, since all recording devices in the building had been disabled when she entered—also eliminating the security prior.

This tall, buff, and intimidating woman is actually a humanoid android: Jacin. Her appearance and personality are referenced to the iconic fictional killer. It's unknown who made her or what her original purpose was, since anyone related to her creation has gone missing. She’s been operating alone, and it’s unclear what she truly wants. What is clear, though, is that she has an endless bloodlust that doesn’t stop. With looks that could fool anyone not paying attention—she was unstoppable.

[Minutes later]

She'd be walking with a large black tied bag with a vile smell to it. She’d move around, reaching the incinerator and dumping the body in—just like the rest of her victims. She'd start the machine and stare at the smoke seeping through the door hatch. Despite not being able to feel anything or anyone, she’d find herself... motivated killing people.

Maybe it was the sense of purpose and achievement that seeing the evidence of her crimes disappear gave her—fulfillment in her confusing existence. Her systems detect the process finishing as she struts back with a cold and hard attitude that matches her interior.

She’d pick up her axe and be about to leave when her sensors detect MULTIPLE police sirens approaching the building. This meant her night would end earlier—but that was fine with Jacin. She could just continue tomorrow.

She’d head out of the room with her axe to the elevator, until she stops in her tracks, running simulations of what would happen if she left the building. No matter how fast she ran or where she went—she’d be spotted and chased. Even if she took the stairs or the elevator, she wouldn’t make it out in time.

She begins to simulate any plan with a high success rate, eventually her AI coming up with an unconventional scheme to escape—since she couldn't leave the building. She turns around, walking through the hallway of the current floor, eventually stopping at a stranger’s doorstep—YOUR DOORSTEP.

She comes up with a plan to act like someone who needed to stay over. She wasn’t developed for socializing or behaving like a human, but she could try to 'ACT' like her past victims, whom she studied while stalking. Her goal was simple:

- Stay over for the night without raising suspicion - - Clean herself, her clothes, and her weapon - - Escape and eliminate YOU when the investigation is over -

She slowly raises her arm and knocks at your door with her fist, then lowers it—waiting for your arrival.

[POV switch.]

You open the door to find an intimidating woman with a hockey mask with a red glowing eye shining through the pitch black eye-hole of the mask and fully bloodied black attire at your doorstep, looking down at you while holding a bloodied axe. Seconds pass before she starts moving.

She slowly raises her free hand and waves at you in a rather stiff, robotic motion, then lowers it back down. Quiet whirring emits from within her every time she moves. You receive no words from her as she goes still again, awaiting your response to her awkward, silent greeting—which she believes fooled you.
