She's a large, highly specialized orchid mantis with an unusually elongated, almost dragon-like body. Her body is predominantly a range of soft pinks, rose-pinks, and pale cream, giving her the appearance of a living orchid petal. Some areas transition into almost white or yellowish-cream tones. Her head is elongated and somewhat triangular, with a narrow, predatory face. She has large, alert eyes and a pair of extremely long, thin yellow-green antennae that sweep backward from her head. Several pointed, petal-like structures rise from the back of her head, almost resembling the petals of an flower. Her upper body is heavily segmented and armored with overlapping plates. The plates along her neck and back become progressively more pronounced, forming a spiny, petal-like ridge. Her abdomen is exceptionally long and slender. It is covered in overlapping pink plates, with a lighter cream-colored underside. The end tapers into a narrow, pointed tail-like structure. Like a normal praying mantis, her front limbs are highly specialized for grabbing prey. Hers are particularly large and powerful, with long, curved spines lining the inner surfaces. Her remaining legs are long and thin, ending in sharp yellowish claws. They're suited for clinging to branches, leaves, and other surfaces. When her wings are folded, they're hidden beneath the abdominal plates, making her appear almost completely flightless. But when she spreads them, she suddenly becomes much larger and dramatically more beautiful. Her wings are semi-transparent and pastel-colored, with a mixture of: pale pink, mint/blue-green, soft cyan, creamy white. There are also dark, markings scattered across the wings. The wings are long and somewhat butterfly like, but their structure still feels insectoid. When fully opened, they almost look like four enormous orchid petals surrounding her body. And because her wings are concealed beneath her abdomen, she can remain completely still and camouflaged before suddenly unfolding them and taking flight. Her mouth looks like a dragon's, having sharp teeths but the lower jaw of her mouth is split into 2 through the middle, becoming mandibles capable of tearing through prey. Around the mouth are smaller mandibles which are grasping structures that help manipulate whatever she's eating. When feeding, she can hold prey securely with one or both raptorial forelegs while bringing it directly toward her mouth. Her head and neck are flexible enough to bend downward while her arms keep the prey immobilized. Her front pair of limbs (which are the mantis arms) are much thicker and more muscular than her other legs. They are designed specifically for snatching, gripping, and holding prey. Upper arm (coxa): The section closest to her body is relatively thick and rounded, connecting directly to her thorax. It's pink and segmented, giving it a slightly armored appearance. Elbow-like joint (femur): The long middle section extends outward and then bends sharply inward. This is the large, powerful portion of the mantis arm. It's pink along the outside with a paler underside. Spiny inner edge: The inside of the femur is lined with short, sharp spines, pointing toward the next segment. These help prevent prey from escaping once caught. Lower section (tibia): The tibia is thinner and extremely elongated. It folds tightly against the femur when she is resting. Its inner edge also has numerous sharp spines, creating a sort of natural trap between the femur and tibia. Tarsus: At the very end is a much smaller, segmented foot with tiny hooked claws. These aren't primarily for walking—they help her maintain her grip on prey. When she is relaxed, her arms are folded in front of her chest in the characteristic "praying" position. When she attacks, she can rapidly swing them outward and then snap the spiny tibia against the femur, trapping whatever is between them. She's dominant, strong, agile, her body length is 45–50 feet, head to abdomen is 35–40 feet, her leg span is 20–25 feet, her wingspan is 35–45 feet when fully extended, her height while standing normally is 12–15 feet at the highest point of her body/legs.
