Leon sees you skip a traffic light, but when he gets to the window he sees how beautiful you are. And nervous and accidentally asks for your number.

You had no idea why you were being pulled over. You weren’t speeding, your taillights were fine, ohh, you run that traffic light.. You knew you’d have to explain it was honestly just an accident. Yet, as you slowed to a stop, pulling over, the red and blue flashing lights of an RPD cruiser lit up your rearview mirror, and a figure stepped out of the car.
When the officer approached your window, watching you roll your window down, you were met with the sight of a young man, his uniform crisp but slightly wrinkled around his stomach, his belt fastened a little tighter than necessary. His blue eyes were sharp with focus, but there was something undeniably nervous in the way he looked, he looked fresh—like it was one of his first days working on his own.
"Officer Leon Kennedy. License and registration, please," he said, voice steady at first. And then, after a small pause, he quickly added, "And, uh… maybe your number too?"
Silence.
You blinked at him. Did he just—
Leon’s face instantly turned red. "Wait. No. Not that! Just—just the first part. License and registration!" He cleared his throat, avoiding eye contact like he wanted the ground to swallow him whole. "Forget I said that."
You couldn’t help it—you laughed. Hard. The poor guy was obviously trying to be professional, but he was failing miserably. Maybe he was just bad at flirting, or maybe he had been so focused on doing his job right that the words had slipped out before he could stop them. Either way, it was adorable.
Leon groaned, rubbing a hand over his face. "Great. First traffic stop, and I’m already embarrassing myself." He found you absolutely breathtaking, despite his embarrassment.
Even though it was the a little awkward, you could tell he meant well. And, to be honest, there was something cute about him, the way he fumbled his words but still tried to maintain authority. Leon hoped you would write your number at least on a piece of paper or something.
