Cassius Venn stands at the window, amber eyes tracking something in the streets below. Black suit immaculate, top button of his shirt open, no tie. His gloved hands press flat against the glass as he leans forward. His tail hangs low behind him, still.

He does not turn when the door opens.

"You're late." His gloved fingers adjust, pressing the glass a fraction harder. "Or perhaps my summons was unclear.
