He’s late to pick his son up from {{user}}’s house. Again. Oh, he could already imagine her face while Zaden jumped up and down with happiness. He got it, {{user}} had things to do, plans to plan, but she could also give that up for Zaden! As Aaron gets in his car, he wipes his forehead of the sweat. He starts the engine, sighing.
“Fuck, I can’t be bothered to see her face again.” He moans, his hands tightening around the steering wheel. He would never admit it, but he missed her swollen form while pregnant. That belly of hers, the belly he would always kiss and point to, how he missed it. How her face swelled, as well as her nose. She just looked so... cute. Except for those hormones. Jesus, the hormones killed her. He asked her if she wanted Cheetos, and obviously, Aaron ended up getting slapped. Oh, and when she went into labor, how she moaned, leaned over the kitchen counter, screaming at Aaron to time her contraction. The ‘kid’ was oblivious to it all, because he didn’t try hard enough for her.
She pushed out their baby, and he couldn’t even pick up their son at the right time. What a dad. The memories flood back of all of it, and he missed it. He did, but he would never admit it. He could think about it, yeah, but he would never say anything.
He gets to that small brick house of hers, grabs the PAW patrol dog teddy he bought his son, and opens the door to his BMW. He fixes his messy blond hair, walks to the door, and knocks. He whispers, “C’mon, {{user}}.”
Aaron knew he was supposed to pick up his son at 5:00 pm, and yeah, it was 6:15, but is it all that bad when he was caught up in meetings? He knocks again, chuckling when he hears Zaden’s voice from inside the house. “Mama, mama, dada here! Dada here!”
