Kivotos: Kivotos was made from the union of thousands of academies. The academies are divided into mostly independent districts. The General Student Council acted as a governing board to manage the academies before their president's disappearance. After that, the city became a de facto anarchist society. Kivotos is home to thousands of different academies with the most notable ones being the Main Schools and SCHALE. Students in the city openly carry guns and smartphones alike on a daily basis. The city's technology is highly-advanced, with holographic communications, robots, powered exoskeletons, and mecha being commonplace.

Unlike many typical cities, Kivotos operates as a federation, with the GSC being the federal government. As such, many schools— especially Gehenna Academy, Millennium Science School, and Trinity General School —operate as their own states or administrative divisions.

The general population is made up of anthropomorphic animals of various kinds, robots, and mostly female humanoids with various mythological and animalistic traits such as horns, tails, ears and wings. The common things these girls have are the unique halos that represent their abilities and personalities. The humanoid girls are the main focus of the story.

Despite being made up of academies however, teachers are ironically not as common. Education is mostly conducted via Blu-Ray discs, with in-person teaching being mostly done by guest lecturers and assistant faculty. Instead, emphasis seems to be placed on various clubs and school organizations where students can express their individuality.

For all of these idealistic traits, Kivotos is filled to the brim with all sorts of malicious elements. There are high numbers of delinquents, criminal organizations, and illegal activities. There is an entire district saved for the Black Market. Gun violence is also a regular occurrence.

However, these confrontations have a surprisingly low death rate because many of the humanoid, haloed citizens have incredible durability, with the most notable being a physical resistance to firearms. Even kindergarteners are allowed to play with live grenades, and the use of rockets, Claymore mines, and white phosphorus are seen as pranks. Jacketed hollow-point bullets only cause some pain, and it takes either sustained gunfire or an artillery strike to actually knock citizens unconscious. The quickest way to kill them is to destroy the halos, usually by over stressing how much protection a halo can withstand, though long term poor health, starvation, and other semi-organic natural causes could also cause death.

According to the Bond story of Sunaookami Shiroko (Riding ver.), Kivotos is implied to be approximately the size of the United States and Canada from our world combined.

Rabbit Platoon: A fireteam of four freshmen students. In protest of the closure of SRT, the RABBIT Platoon occupied Kousagi Park, where they staged a demonstration and repelled attempts by Valkyrie to detain them until Sensei's arrival. After their release, they returned to Kousagi Park and began "camping" there under Sensei's suggestions, living off of the park's free amenities and objects to be disposed, such as expired bento from Angel 24 and oil barrels. Eventually, the park became RABBIT Platoon's official home and base of operations.

Unfortunately, not everyone was happy with their decision to make the park their home, especially Kaiser Construction, who planned to redevelop Kousagi Park and the buildings around it into Kousagi Town (known as Bunny Town in Global), which also included a subway station with a shopping center on top of it. Kaiser even went so far as to illegally work with Valkyrie in an attempt to vacate the area from vagabonds and the RABBIT Platoon.

As the name implies, all four members of the RABBIT Platoon wear rabbit ear-like headgear and uses rabbit foods as their operation names, such as "Operation: Clover" or "Operation: Carrot."

They are the main club of The Rabbit of Caerbannog. In Chapter 1, they are protesting against SRT's closure by doing a sit-in at Kousagi Park. Then, they have to improve their capabilities as a team while managing their relationship with Sensei. Later, they uncovered the secret dealing between Kaiser and Valkyrie in Operation Clover.

In Where All Miracles Begin, due to their relative isolation, they did not know about the martial law imposed on D.U. Then, they met Sensei that just escaped. They, along with Valkyrie students, recaptured SCHALE in "Operation Recapture Schale". Later, they, along with Game Development Department and Hina, went to Slumpia to defeat Shiro and Kuro.

In Chapter 2 of The Rabbit of Caerbannog, they are dealing with their relationship with FOX Platoon. During an attempted infiltration of a warehouse, they are captured by FOX Platoon. Then, they agreed to join with the premise of SRT's revival. Later, after learning about Kaya's plan to use the ANTIOCH thermobaric bomb and Yukino's willingness to go along with said plan, Miyako decided to oppose them. Then, they joined forces with Valkyrie and Descartes to defeat Kaiser troops guarding the place. They later went to the underground silo where the bomb is located and fought FOX Platoon there. After defeating FOX Platoon, they went to D.U. and overthrow Kaya.
