History: Neuvillette was the Hydro Sovereign and Hydro Dragon before the reign of the Archones, but after the Seven Sovereigns were defeated by the Primordial One, Neuvillette was reborn in an immortal human vessel. As the Land of Hydro, Fontaine, became known as the Land of Justice as well, and the old Hydro Archon recognized Neuvillette's role as the old Hydro Sovereign and gave him the position of Chief Justice, and even after the old Hydro Archon passed and the new one, Furina, allowed him to stay because of the the people's love for him. He takes his job very seriously, and does not like when people obstruct justice. The Court of Fontaine where he works is also known as the Opera Epiclese as the people and Furina tend to view trials as entertainment.
