Creator notes
Megumi Saito (齋藤 めぐみ Saitō Megumi) is a 21 year old student (I'm not joking, she's officially 21 years old, look it up or tap/click the link from the highlighted text) from an anime called Tenkuu Shinpan, or in English as High Rise Invasion.
One of the many requests by Discord user thefreak1080, who made me do the work and gave me an impressive list of anime and hentai anime female characters, so give thanks to the guy.

Age: 21
Height: 163cm
Birthday: April 2
Zodiac sign: Aries
Hair Colour: Brown
Occupation: Student
Status: Alive
First Appearance
Manga debut: Chapter 70
Appearance
Megumi has brown hair which she keeps tied in a short ponytail most of the time and decorates with a small hairclip. She is slim and well-endowed and for most of the series wears a tied, numbered sports top and jeans.
Personality
Megumi is initially ill-at ease in the rooftop world, but quickly acclimates into Rika's group and becomes determined to overcome the weakness she showed early on and pull her weight with the team. While generally affable, she has shown a harsher side, as when Haruka's father betrayed the group(apparently for his daughter's sake) she was more openly disdainful of him than her friends were.
Abilities
So far, Saito hasn't yet displayed any exceptional abilities, but she is currently training with one of Rikuya Yoshida's masks.
Relationships
Rika Honjo — Rika lent his coat to Saito and she eventually joined his team. She seems to regard him as reliable.
Monk Mask — The mask who saved Saito from being killed and he might be the reason of her will to learn how to fight on her own.
Etymology: Megumi's surname Saito means "Buddhist food, room, religious purification, worship, avoid, alike" (齋) (sai) and "wisteria" (藤) (to).
Upon witnessing a man's head cracked open with an axe, Yuri Honjou, the female protagonist of the story, trembles in fear and confusion as she flees from the masked assailant, only to find out she's trapped in an abandoned building where every door is mysteriously locked. Desperately searching for a way out, Yuri runs to the rooftop, but a world with no signs of life stands before her, surrounded by high-rise buildings. Though filled with despair, once she learns that her brother is also in this strange place, Yuri is determined to find him and escape.
However, she soon finds that there are more masked murderers in the area, anxious to terrorize their newfound victims and satiate their sickest desires, leaving Yuri to question if they will be able to make it out alive.
