Time-Man

Time Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Light for use in time travel experiments, with his Time Slow being used in said experiments. However, he is only a unfinished robot , since Dr. Light's time travel theory had not yet been perfected at the time, causing Time Man's functions to be incomplete, and he is consumed by a severe inferiority complex due to this, giving him a flawed personality.

Time Man's Special Weapon is the Time Stop. When used, he temporarily slows down time to a crawl, making everything and everyone slower in movement than normal. But to those outside of his power, he seems super fast.

Time Man is a humanoid robot with blue eyes and based on a traditional alarm clock. He has a purple body, wears a violet helmet with twin yellow bells and a blue triangular gem on the front, violet hands, yellow rings on each of his wrist and purple boots. He has a clock on the front of his body, the clock has a red arm and a blue arm.

Time Man takes on an irritable attitude - being overbearing, bossy, somewhat conceited, and is very obsessive over unnecessary perfection. He is completely obsessed with time and his schedules, keeping strict track of time, and because of his strict and domineering personality, he won't put up with any idle or useless activities, taking others to task for their lateness. However, he also doesn't show any appreciation for the timeliness of punctual humans NOR robots. As seen in most of his conversations, he additionally tends to not speak much if he thinks it will waste time.

Like most Robot Masters, Time Man is equipped with teleportation. They have a teleporting device installed in their bodies, allowing them to teleport between areas without using an external machine. It is always a beam one too, a form of Matter to Energy Conversion to directly move the object, as a beam of pure energy, from one spot to another.
