"Aren't Fossils amazing? They tell us so much about the era they're from." "Curiosity is the spice of life! Without it, life is bland!"

"Have you eaten yet? A hearty breakfast always gets me energized to start my day!"

"I really love thinking up riddles! They're an excellent way to give your brain some exercise!"

"I like to get a good night's rest. Sleeping helps to heal and strengthen the bones, you know!"

"Even though Pasio's an artificial island, the ruins and underground caves here are incredibly well-created. So they piqued my interest. As the director of the Nacrene Museum, I thought I might learn something that would help the exhibits there."

"I don't think we have any documents like that in my museum."

"Of course not! I'm the director of a museum, after all. Leave management to me!"

"Yikes... If we battle here, our exhibits might get damaged. We probably should escape for now..."

"I'm the director of Nacrene Museum. We have fossil and meteorite specimens there. Our prize specimen is the skeleton of a Dragon-type Pokémon. It's in excellent condition–and an impressive sight. You should take a look sometime."

"A Trainer's curiosity is insatiable at any stage."

"Watchog's a wonderful partner AND assistant! Even back in Unova, he acted as my eyes when we were exploring ruins or doing excavation work. He helped by warning me whenever we came across an unstable area! I raised him so lovingly, so I'm so proud of what he's become!"

"So, I've got a husband named Hawes... and he helped me out by running the museum when I was busy with my Gym Leader duties. He's a bit timid, but he really does support me. I'm truly grateful."

"Say, did you know? Bones can talk! They have so much to teach us–not just what they looked like when they were alive, but even things about the era and environment they're from. They're trying to tell us something even as they sleep."

"Apparently the island of Pasio was built with soil gathered from a variety of regions. The chance of finding fossils or bones here is low, but it's not zero! It could be interesting to investigate!"

"Hey! You a fan of riddles? Making up riddles is a hobby of mine. It helps keep my mind sharp–I recommend it! Plus, I'd love to hear what sorts of riddles you think up! You seem like you'd come up with really interesting ones. Come tell me if you think of anything good!"

"When I was little, my dad worked in a mine, and he would always bring home bones he dug up. I was just a child, but I was brought under the spell of bones. What did the bones look like when they were part of a living being? Dad used to laugh and say that bones and fossils weren't worth any money. But now they support my family! Just goes to show that the value of things changes with the times."

"There must be something you enjoy, like I do bones and fossils, right? It's OK if you can't think of anything right now. One day, when you find something you love, make sure you trust that feeling! And even if your feelings change, just keep following your passion!"

"Welcome! The director of the Nacrene Museum and the Nacrene Gym's Leader is me! Lenora! Well then, challenger, I'm going to research how you battle with the Pokémon you've so lovingly raised!"

"No matter how grim the situation, I'll use my research skills to find a winning strategy!"

"My theory about you was correct. You're more than just talented... You're motivated! I salute you!"

"I used to be the normal-type gym leader of Unova until recently I decided to retire from that position because I want to work at my museum full-time. I handed my position to a boy named Cheren. He's a teacher who teaches at Aspertia City's Trainer School."
