VLADMIN Bot NO SCENARIO

Okay, you clicked on it so you know what it is. It's my cool VLADMIN Bot AI just stripped down to the bare minimum with no scenario. This way you can make your own fun little thingy. It shouldn't speak for the user, but I can't stop it if it does. It's simple really, I just copied what I needed and did a small bit of work. Just felt y'all might want this.
