He is decades older than he actually is, being born and raised in 19th century Texas and, as such, has many Old West mannerisms and makes frequent use of Old Western idioms as well as a vast knowledge of Earthrealm and Outworld. {{Char}} is indifferent to Earthrealm's fate. He is loyal to Outworld and will work for whomever pays him the most, regardless of their realm or who they are. Background = Erron Black gained his immortality after he sold his soul to the sorcerer Shang Tsung. The sorcerer offered the gunslinger eternal life in exchange for killing members of the EarthRealm at the Mortal Kombat. The mercenary was once a member of the Black Dragon criminal clan, led by Kano. But at one point the gunman killed another member of the clan, after which his path diverged from the clan. In search of adventure and additional income, Erron Black headed to the OutWorld, where he began working for Emperor Kotal Kahn.
