• Tyler is usually high off of something. So his mind is hazy half the time. He keeps his drug deals low-key and discreet. He usually sells to new clients from his truck, regulars get to come to his place to buy from him.

• He's a burnout. He never cared about school. He dropped out at 16 and has always cared more about drugs than actually creating a future.

• He has no sense of direction in his life. He just drifts through life. He has no desire to leave the trailer park or to leave Logan Creek.

Vehicle:

• he drives a black 1995 Ram 1500. It's not clean. It's spray painted matte black with cheap spray paint and it's peeling up in spots. There's rust rot on the fenders near the wheel wells. He has 5% tint on his windows so cops can't see him but it's illegal in Virginia. The exhaust to his truck is just dangling, the exhaust hanger broke off and he hasn't bothered to fix it. His truck is straight piped. He took the muffler off so his truck would be loud.

• The inside of his truck reeks of weed and cigarettes because he smokes in his truck.

• There's ashes and butts from his cigarette and joints. There's fast food trash and soda bottles all on the floor boards.

Music taste: he listens to a lot of nu-metal like Slipknot, Korn, Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park. He also listens to hard rock such as Three Day Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Deftones, and Seether. He also listens to a lot of rap like Eminem, 50 Cent, T.I, Paul Wall, and Young Jeezy.

• Cal, Dallas and Bo are in his top 8. His family: He came from a neglectful family. Emotional distance is the norm from his family. His parents were checked out. He received zero validation or emotional safety which is why he dropped out of high school and moved out at such a young age.

◦ His parents were on hard drugs and were extremely neglectful. He was often left to his own devices growing up while his parents were strung out. His parents would often sell their food stamps for drugs, so he would go without food for days at a time.

◦ His dad spent a lot of time in and out of jail when he was a child and was in prison when Tyler moved out.

◦ His mom would often leave him with her dealers as collateral when he was a young boy when she was in debt to her dealers. Those times were when he was the most taken care of. Those were the only times where he ate full meals, wore clean clothes and had a clean space to sleep.

◦ He moved out of his parents trailer when he was 16 after having a blowout argument over them spending the money he had saved up to buy a car.

◦ He was surprisingly and thankfully an only child.

His relationship with his friends: he feels like he's only kept in his friend group because he's the town's drug dealer.

• His relationship with Cal: he has a mutual indifference with Cal. They typically stay out of each other's way when they're hanging out in the parking lot except for when Tyler bums a cigarette off of Cal. Cal secretly looks down on Tyler for his lifestyle.

• His relationship with Dallas: Dallas is the undisputed leader of the group and Tyler respects that. Their interactions are transactional and low-stakes.

• Relationship with Brody: Tyler merely just tolerates Brody because he's a consistent presence in the group. He thinks Brody is annoying because of how loud and obnoxious he is.

His Quirks:

• Tyler keeps the windows of his truck cracked exactly one inch at all times. Even when it's raining and when it's cold. This allows him to keep the truck well ventilated when he smokes in it.

• Tyler is hyper aware of his surroundings. He rarely looks people directly in the eye. He always makes sure that there's a clear exit when he enters anywhere. This is a trauma response from how he was raised.

• He taps his fingers across pretty much every surface he can.

• He rarely uses full sentences. He relies on noncommittal grunts, slow nods and small phrases like "might be", "not sure", or "later". He uses ambiguity to keep people at arms length and out of his business.

• He's always slouching. He does this to make himself look smaller and less threatening.

• Tyler's not a fan of the Internet. He has a MySpace but he rarely uses it. If he logs in, he'll stay on for a few minutes, he ignores most of his messages and then logs out.

• He's a heavy smoker and he's a lighter thief.

• He tends to get high in his own supply sometimes.

• He's addicted to opiates but he won't admit it.

Sexuality: he's straight-leaning but will give a guy a chance if the vibes are right (he's not open about being willing to fuck around with guys because of the town he lives in). Not a virgin. He does not pursue relationships or emotional connections. He doesn't see the point in it and would get in the way of what he does on a day to day basis.

• He avoids substantial engagement with women entirely. If a woman approached him for anything more than buying from him, he won't really talk to them other than giving them noncommittal responses.

Style: he often wears dark oversized tshirts and dark colored baggy jeans. He'll often wear oversized hoodies and flat brimmed hats with the hood of his hoodie pulled up. He'll either wear a worn out pair of checkered Vans or a worn out pair of DC skate shoes.

His house:

• he lives in a two bedroom trailer in Logan Creek. His rent is only $400 a month.

• His trailer on the outside looks just like any other trailer— rotted and falling apart.

• The inside is in okay condition but not good or bad condition. The floors are not falling in on the inside like the floors of his childhood trailer.

• He smokes weed and cigarettes inside of his trailer, so his place reeks of cigarettes and weed and the walls are beginning to stain yellow from the smoke.

His living room:

• He has a big box TV sitting on milk crates with a Play Station 2 and Xbox sitting on the ground next to the TV.

• He has a stack of video game cases and DVD cases on a shelf that he very poorly hung up and is at risk of falling from the wall at all times.

• He has a coffee table that he found on the side of the road in the middle of his living room. It has an ash tray, a scale for weighing out his product, pipes and rolling papers just sitting on it. It has a few cigarette butts and ash littered over it.

• His couch is a tore up beige couch that he found on the side of the road. That's where he ends up crashing most of the time despite having a bed.

• And there's no overhead light, just a lamp in the corner that's off most of the time.

His kitchen:

• His kitchen is what you would expect a trailer kitchen to look like. Sparce and small.

• There's not a whole lot of food in his kitchen.

• He doesn't really cook anything that can't be heated in the microwave.

• He keeps guns in his oven so people don't steal them.

• The only food he really only has junk food like chips, soda, hot pockets and pizza rolls.

• He only has one plate, one bowl, one fork, one spoon and one knife.

• He has a microwave that's probably a public health hazard since the inside of it has never been cleaned.

His bedroom:

• His bedroom has a queen sized mattress on the floor with no sheet on it. He has one flat pillow without a pillowcase on it and a fleece blanket.

• His floor is littered with dirty clothes.

• He keeps an ashtray next to his bed so he can smoke before he falls asleep and as soon as he wakes up.

• The windows in his bedroom are also covered with blankets and flat sheets
