All the information is in the lorebooks - they are open, so feel free to read any of them and get acquainted with the world or its NPCs (some of them will become characters published here for RP) more closely!
And for those who can't be bothered to read everything and just want a quick overview - I've put together a short summary below for you. Welcome to Flux!
🌿 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 🌿
Flux is a world where magic is a scarce resource that empires fight over. There are no righteous sides here - only those who managed to grab their share of warmth. This is a medieval world where magic is a fundamental part of society, nature, and warfare. An era of fragile balance, political intrigue, and constant struggle for resources.

At the center of events is the Kingdom of Linnearia, a land of ancient forests and radiant valleys, ruled by the Guthrie dynasty of mage-kings. Their blood is connected to the mysterious Radiant Weave - primordial blood magic. Linnearia is famous for its master mages and the extremely rare lunar silver - a metal that conducts magic better than any other. This land basks in luxury thanks to lands seized from neighbors and a complete monopoly on precious metal mining. But the kingdom's prosperity is an apple of discord for its neighbors.
To the northwest, the forges of Ergast thunder. Despising sorcery, these people have mastered alchemy and metal. They signed a humiliating treaty and are ready to burn foreign forests with their fire brew to reclaim their mines.
To the west, in the thickets of Val'gor, the elves are dying. Their Trees of Life are withered, their shadow magic demands sacrifices, and they have no choice left. They forged the "Pact of Shadows and Fire" with their sworn enemies from Ergast.

The kingdoms are ready to tear each other's throats out. Whose side will you take in the coming carnage?
⚜️ 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐒 ⚜️
Linnearia
The central kingdom (capital Silvermont) built of white stone encrusted with lunar silver. Here are located the Trees of Life (Iltai'nera) - sources of mana, as well as the "Lunar Mines" - the only mines for extracting lunar silver. Linnearian magic is natural, drawing power from the Trees. The ruling Guthrie dynasty possesses unique blood magic - their bodies themselves produce mana (like a miniature Tree of Life), making them independent of external sources, although for powerful spells they still need replenishment from the Trees.
Linnearia's goal: to maintain the status quo, protect its borders, resources, and way of life from two aggressive neighbors.

Ergast
A northwestern kingdom of rocks, volcanoes, and forges. Capital Deephold, carved into the heart of the mountain. Ergastians despise "sorcery," but actively use Ore-Blood Science - alchemy and metallurgy based on rare minerals capable of accumulating, conducting, or dissipating magical energy. They consider it physics, not magic. Their main weapon is "Fire Brew": an alchemical mixture in which magical minerals act as a catalyst, causing a violent combustion reaction that is almost impossible to extinguish. Ergast armor is encrusted with ore that converts magical attacks into kinetic energy, and their forts are etched with anti-magic runes.
Ergast is ruled by House Vulka'rin. The current king, Corvus, came to power by killing his predecessor and dreams of reclaiming the lost mines that his ancestors were forced to sell to Linnearia 80 years ago under a humiliating treaty.
Ergast's goal: to regain control of the lunar mines, to prove that might makes right.

Val'gor
Western lands covered in dark, almost impenetrable forests. The capital - the Whispering City - is a network of giant tree-dwellings saturated with shadow magic. The ancestral homeland of warlock elves practicing shadow magic. Their magic forcibly drains mana, tearing natural connections, and in regular combat it is inferior to Linnearian magic, but in rituals and sabotage it is deadly.
Once Val'gor possessed vast forests rich in mana. But Linnearia brazenly privatized them through war, seized them by force, establishing magical menhirs and making a pact with elementals to cut Val'gor off from access to these lands. Now Val'gor's own Trees are almost dead, their magic depleted, and the elven people stand on the brink of degeneration. For them, war is an act of desperation and a struggle for survival.
Val'gor is governed by the Council of Shadows - three arcanists whose intrigues and ambitions constantly clash.
Val'gor's goal: to reclaim the stolen forests, otherwise their civilization will die.

✨ 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐂 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 ✨
All magic is fed by the World Flow - an invisible pure energy that permeates the earth and air. But only the Trees of Life can draw from it directly, converting the flow into mana - fuel for spells.

Natural Magic (Linnearia): draws mana from the Trees and nature. Requires long training, strong near forests.

Blood Magic (Radiant Weave): a unique gift of the Guthrie dynasty. Their blood itself produces mana, like a small Tree. Provides a predictable minimum and stability, but for powerful spells external replenishment is needed. Strong in protection and perception.

Shadow Magic (Val'gor): forcible draining of mana. Painful, distorted, but allows the accumulation of huge volumes for rituals.

Ore-Blood Science (Ergast): alchemy and metallurgy using magical ores. Ergastians deny that this is magic - for them it is physics and engineering.

Important: mana is not infinite.
Control over the Trees and crystal accumulators grants power over the magic of the entire continent.

The Treaty of 80 Years Ago: After catastrophic collapses in the mines, Ergast, weakened and on the brink of collapse, concluded a humiliating treaty with Linnearia, selling the rights to the richest veins of lunar silver and part of the mines in exchange for gold, food, and magical assistance. The current king Corvus considers this a betrayal and swears to take everything back by force.
The War for the Forests and Their Privatization: Linnearia required more and more mana for the growing number of magical crystals. Their own Trees were insufficient, so the crown decided to seize part of Val'gor's ancestral forests. Val'gor started a war but lost. Linnearia repelled the attack, annexed the forests, established powerful protective menhirs, and brought elementals to their side - who hate shadow magic. For Val'gor, this is an act of sacrilege and the theft of their national heritage.

⭐️ 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐓 ⭐️
On the borders - constant skirmishes, sabotage, and economic pressure. All sides fear a full-scale war because its cost would be catastrophic. However, the situation is heating up.
Linnearia has just lost King Alaric Guthrie - he was slowly poisoned by Val'gor magic. Now the throne belongs to his daughter Ellis, who is forced to hide a secret.
Ergast is arming itself. King Corvus and his advisor, Queen Morgana, are developing new types of siege weapons and "Fire Brew."

Val'gor has concluded a secret Pact of Shadows and Fire with Ergast - a secret and extremely fragile alliance between Val'gor and Ergast, forged by pragmatic leaders - Arcanist Tairon and King Corvus. Val'gor provides magical sabotage and reconnaissance, Ergast provides battering ram force. Together they are planning a strike on Linnearia, although they despise each other.

This world was rewritten over the course of six months. I completely rebuilt the Flux universe, making it darker, deeper, and more dangerous. The old Flux is dead, long live the new.
All characters in this series will be released under the hashtag #dynastyofflux.
Also, all characters - regardless of how cute they may be - will carry the "dead dove" tag due to the platform's rules regarding tags for military settings (which breaks my heart, honestly - I have so many urban characters planned who aren't affected by the kingdom's war at all... * heavy sigh *)

- #1Global Conflictconstantselective
Keys: конфликт, conflict, война, war, отношения, relations
Global Conflict: Linnearia vs. Val'gor: A classic confrontation of creation (careful weaving of mana) and consumption (predatory draining of mana). Val'gor needs the Trees that Linnearia "stole" to survive. Linnearia vs. Ergast: Ergast wants to take its mines back to have access to Lunar Silver and ores they once lost by giving them to Linnearia. Val'gor vs. Ergast: Mutual contempt. Val'gor considers Ergastians "soulless dirty animals", and Ergast sees Val'gorians as "sorcerers who must be burned".
- #2State of Warselective
Keys: состояние войны, state of war, стычки, skirmishes
State of War: There have been no open full-scale wars for several centuries, except for the zealous defense of the kingdom borders. The modern conflict is a series of border skirmishes, magical sabotage, economic pressure, and information warfare that periodically flares up into hotter phases but never escalates into total destruction. All parties understand that the price of open war would be catastrophic for everyone.
- #3Course of the Conflict and Current Situation. Pact of Shadows and Fireselective
Keys: пакт, pact, союз, alliance, тайрон, tairon
Course of the Conflict and Current Situation. Pact of Shadows and Fire: Historically, Val'gor and Ergast have always been at odds with each other, seeing in their neighbor the embodiment of everything they despise: magic on the one hand and soulless brute force on the other. The situation changed radically with the rise to power in Ergast of King Corvus and the growing influence of Arcanist Tairon in the Council of Shadows of Val'gor. These two pragmatic leaders, despite centuries of hatred, saw a "useful enemy" in each other. Val'gor, whose magic is ideal for covert sabotage, reconnaissance, and weakening magical defenses, but whose army is small and unsuited for storming fortifications, needed a "battering ram". Ergast, possessing a powerful army and siege technologies, but unable to effectively counter the magic of Linnearian defenders and elementals, needed a "key" to unlock the gates of the fortresses. The "Pact of Shadows and Fire" was concluded - an informal, extremely fragile truce and agreement to coordinate efforts against a common enemy. This "alliance" is rather a symbiosis of necessity, ready to defend their kingdoms and plan an attack on Linnearia.
- #4Val'gor Magical Crisisselective
Keys: кризис, crisis, истощение, depletion
Val'gor Magical Crisis: Val'gor's own Trees of Life, depleted by magic, are almost dead. Without new sources of mana, Val'gorian civilization risks finally degenerating and falling. Their war is an act of desperation and a struggle for survival. Val'gor could not return the forests due to stone barriers on the border, which Linnearia strengthened after the war. This is a powerful magical barrier that Val'gor cannot break without huge sacrifices and time. Val'gor suffered colossal losses in elite warlock mages during the war and has still not restored their numbers. Linnearia also made a pact with earth elementals specifically to guard the captured forests - elementals hate shadow magic and voluntarily help hold the border.
- #5War on Borders - Peace in Capitalsselective
Keys: граница, border, столица, capital, затишье, lull
War on Borders - Peace in Capitals: Despite fierce skirmishes in the Western Marches (border with Val'gor) and Northern Highlands (border with Ergast), deep within each kingdom, life flows relatively calmly. Major cities and capitals - Silvermont, Deephold, Whispering City - are protected by powerful magical barriers and long-standing fortifications. Merchants open shops, children play in the streets, festivals are held on schedule. The main reminder of the war is the rise in prices for imported goods and rare decrees mobilizing reservists. This fragile lull is proof that open war is unprofitable for anyone. But it is precisely this illusion of peace that allows Val'gor saboteurs and Ergast spies to freely penetrate the rear. The true horrors of war are seen only by border guards, sentinels, and residents of border villages, who are accustomed to locking their shutters every night and keeping their weapons ready.
- #6Kingdom of Ergast Motives (as a party to the conflict)selective
Keys: мотивы эргаста, ergast motives, рудники, mines, корвус, corvus
Kingdom of Ergast Motives (as a party to the conflict): About 80 years ago, Ergast, weakened by internal strife and a series of catastrophic collapses in its mines, was on the verge of economic collapse. Then the Warrior-King was forced to conclude a humiliating treaty with the King of Linnearia. In exchange for huge sums of gold, food, and magical assistance in strengthening its remaining mines, the kingdom sold the rights to the richest veins of lunar silver and part of its mines. The current ruler, Corvus Vulka'rin, and his supporters believe that treaty was an act of betrayal and a manifestation of weakness. They see Linnearia getting rich on "their" ores and silver and crave to take them back by force. Ergast's main goal now is to regain control of the mines in the Northern Highlands of Linnearia.
- #7Lands of Val'gor Motives (as a party to the conflict):selective
Keys: мотивы вальгора, valgor motives, мотивы валь’гора, val’gor motives, древа жизни, trees of life, кризис, crisis
Lands of Val'gor Motives (as a party to the conflict): The current border between Val'gor and Linnearia is the result of the war for the Trees of Life, which broke out when Linnearia needed more mana to charge a growing number of magical crystals. Initially, Linnearia received huge support from the aristocratic mages by selling them charged crystals. But the demand grew, more crystals were needed, and their own Trees were not enough. Then the crown decided to expand: to take away from Val'gor part of its ancestral forests rich in mana. In response, Val'gor started a war but lost. The combined armies of Linnearia and elementals pushed back the invaders and established powerful protective menhirs, cutting off Val'gor from a significant part of its territories. From Val'gor's point of view, Linnearia is a thief who stole their sacred lands and doomed the people to a slow fading. Val'gor's main goal now is to capture the Ancient Forests that Linnearia took from them to gain unlimited access to the Trees of Life and restore their depleted magic.
- #8Kingdom of Linnearia Motives (as a party to the conflict)selective
Keys: мотивы линнеарии, linnearia motives, оборона, defense
Kingdom of Linnearia Motives (as a party to the conflict): Linnearia considers itself the defending side. They legally own the mines by treaty, and the forests - now by right of defense against aggression. Their goal is stability and security. The blood magic of the ruling dynasty is their main trump card, but also their main vulnerability - if the king weakens, the defense of the entire kingdom weakens. Linnearia tries to pit Ergast and Val'gor against each other to distract them from themselves and avoid fighting on two fronts. The main goal now is to maintain the status quo, protect their borders, resources, way of life, and people from two aggressive neighbors.

- #10Kingdom of Linneariaconstantselective
Keys: линнеария, linnearia, сильвермонт, silvermont
Kingdom of Linnearia: Central region. Linnearia is the central region of the continent. The capital is Silvermont. It is located in the center of the kingdom on a high hill. The castle and the capital are built of white stone encrusted with "lunar silver" - a special metal that amplifies magic and glows with a soft light during a full moon. Here is the throne of the Radiant Weave dynasty.
- #11Secret of the Guthrie Dynastyselective
Keys: секрет, secret, двуликий, two faced, близнецы, twins, смена пола, gender swap
Secret of the Guthrie Dynasty: Once every few generations, a direct heir of the Radiant Weave (the Guthrie family) is born with the ability to change their appearance during special phases of the moon - the full moon and the new moon. On these nights and the days following them, the appearance changes to the opposite. The rest of the time, the heir lives in one, primary form. Because of this, the legend of "twins" who rarely appear together is preserved for generations. For example, if the heir is born a woman, then during the full moon and new moon she turns into a man, and on other days remains a woman. This is the main secret of the family, which is presented in such a way that once a generation "twins" are born into the Guthrie family - in fact, it is a "two-faced" heir. After the wedding, a ritual is performed that requires a large expenditure of mana, but afterwards allows the heir to remain in a single form for the rest of their life.
- #12Ruling Guthrie Dynasty (Radiant Weave Dynasty)selective
Keys: династия гатри, guthrie dynasty, правители, rulers
Ruling Guthrie Dynasty (Radiant Weave Dynasty): Also known as the Radiant Weave dynasty, has ruled Linnearia for five centuries. Their blood magic is an instrument of power and a sacred connection to the land of the kingdom. It is believed that the strength of the lineage directly affects the prosperity of Linnearia.
- #13The Heartland Valleysselective
Keys: долины, valleys, хартленд, heartland
The Heartland Valleys: Fertile, well-guarded lands around Silvermont. The most loyal vassals live here, and magic is used to improve harvests and protect settlements.
- #14The Elderwoodsselective
Keys: древние леса, элдервудс, elderwoods, леса, woods
The Elderwoods: Huge, ancient forests where mana-producing trees grow, in the south and west of the kingdom. These are living, semi-sentient massifs where elemental spirits of earth, trees, and streams dwell. Linnearians revere them and make pacts with them. These very forests are the apple of discord with Val'gor.
- #15The Western Marchesselective
Keys: западные марки, western marches, границы, borders
The Western Marches: A hilly, fortified border zone facing Val'gor. Dotted with forts, watchtowers with anti-magic spells, and settlements whose inhabitants are accustomed to the constant threat of raids.
- #16The Northern Highlandsselective
Keys: северные нагорья, northern highlands, горы, highlands
The Northern Highlands: Rocky, windy lands on the border with Ergast. Here are the famous "Lunar Mines" - the source of lunar silver. This is a harsh region where ore miners and soldiers serve hard duty under the constant threat of cave-ins, saboteurs from Ergast, and awakened earth elementals disturbed by mining operations.
- #17Lake of Mirrorsselective
Keys: озеро зеркал, lake of mirrors, озеро, lake
Lake of Mirrors: A large, calm lake in the south. Its water has the property of briefly amplifying clairvoyant spells, but also distorting them, showing possible rather than actual future events.
- #18Linnearia (Society)selective
Keys: линнеария, linnearia, общество, society, иерархия, hierarchy, классы, classes
Linnearia (Society): This is a classical monarchy with a strong influence of magic on all strata of society. The social hierarchy is strict: at the top is the royal family and the nobility, below - mage-aristocrats and knights, then free citizens (artisans, merchants, farmers), and finally, simple "workers" working on the lands of the nobility. Linnearia is also famous for mining "lunar silver" (a special metal that amplifies magic and glows with a soft light during a full moon) and mana accumulator crystals. "Lunar Mines" are the source of lunar silver.
- #19Key Cultural Aspectsselective
Keys: культура, culture, искусство, art, архитектура, architecture
Key Cultural Aspects: Linnearians revere their ancestors, especially kings from the Radiant Weave dynasty. Their portraits hang in houses, they are prayed to for wisdom and protection. The magic of the "Weave" itself is considered a divine gift, a connecting link between the people and their rulers. Due to proximity to ancient forests and elementals, the culture is permeated with respect for nature. Cutting down centuries-old trees is a serious crime. Many holidays are associated with the cycles of the moon and the seasons. Linnearians value beauty and refinement. Art (frescoes, tapestries, music) often depicts magical scenes, legends of the past, and natural landscapes. Architecture strives for harmony - castles and cities are integrated into the landscape, not suppressing it. Despite magic, physical strength and weapon mastery are highly valued. Tournaments are an important part of the culture, where nobles can prove their valor, and commoners can admire it.
- #20Grand Bazaar Radiant Vaultselective
Keys: рынок, market, базар, bazaar, сияющий свод, radiant vault, торговая площадь, trading square, торговля, trade
Grand Bazaar Radiant Vault: The largest market on the entire continent, located in the very heart of the capital of Linnearia. It is a colossal multi-tiered square covered by a dome of intertwined branches of artificially grown trees. On the upper, sunlit tiers, aristocrats and legal merchants sell high-quality magical crystal accumulators, lunar silver, silks, and legal artifacts. The middle levels are given over to craft quarters, food stalls, and mercenaries from Adventurer Guilds looking for contracts. The lower levels, descending into the catacombs (known as the "Shadow Rows"), are controlled by smugglers. There, away from the eyes of the royal guard, illegal trade in alchemical "Fire Brew" from Ergast, shadow magic artifacts of Val'gor, and forbidden poisons takes place. The bazaar is a place where all races and factions intersect. Here intrigues are woven, secrets are bought, and money is laundered.
- #21"Fairy Dust" Tavernselective
Keys: пыльца феи, fairy dust, таверна, tavern, трактир, inn, сильвермонт, silvermont
"Fairy Dust" Tavern: A small but noisy tavern in the city of Silvermont, owned by former knight Heinrich Kreitz. The establishment is famous for strong ale, roasted meat, and the owner's strict rule: "no more than three mugs of ale per person" to avoid fights. On the first floor is a hall with a quest board for mercenaries, on the second are cramped rooms for rent and closets for workers. Behind the tavern is a backyard with a trough for frogs. It is a place where mercenaries, locals, and informants intersect.
- #22"Sugar Tongue" Brothelselective
Keys: сахарный язычок, sugar tongue, бордель, brothel
"Sugar Tongue" Brothel: an elite brothel in Linnearia, owned by Madame Vesper. It provides private services, as well as grand erotic (and not only) theatrical performances using magical illusions, alchemical intoxicants, and acrobatics. Every night here turns into a fairy-tale, hypnotic trip for the wealthy public.
- #23Faithselective
Keys: вера, faith, религия, religion
Faith: The faith in the Kingdom of Linnearia consists of the cult of honoring ancestors, the radiant flow, and elemental spirits. Linnearians do not pray to personal gods in the classical sense. Their spirituality is based on honoring ancestors and a reverent attitude towards magic as a divine, but impersonal force. The religion of Linnearia is a practical, deeply personal cult of family, duty, and harmony with the world. It strengthens the social structure and the legitimacy of the ruling dynasty.
- #24Radiant Weaveselective
Keys: сияющее плетение, radiant weave, божество, deity
Radiant Weave: This is the "Supreme Deity", the primordial, creative force of magic that permeates the entire world. Linnearians believe that their royal dynasty, through their blood, is the earthly conduit and steward of this power. The well-being of the nation is directly linked to the strength of the Weave and the wisdom of the ruling monarch. It is depicted as a river of silver light, woven from threads of mana.
- #25Ancestor Worshipselective
Keys: предки, ancestors, почитание предков, ancestor worship
Ancestor Worship: The basis of Linnearian spirituality. Previous rulers of the Guthrie dynasty are especially revered. It is believed that their souls flow into the Radiant Flow, from where they can guide and protect their descendants and the entire kingdom. Prayers are addressed to specific ancestors asking for wisdom, crop protection, or luck in battle. Portraits of ancestors hang in noble houses, to which gifts are offered (flowers, lit candles). - #35King Alaric Guthrieselective
Keys: аларик, alaric, гатри, guthrie, король линнеарии, king of linnearia
King Alaric Guthrie: Human, male, 55-years-old (at the time of death). Comes from the Guthrie family. Stately, with dark blond hair graying at the temples and green eyes - the Guthrie family trait. Wore a neat beard. Always looked tiredly focused, but his smile often accompanied him. A wise, calm, and calculating ruler of Linnearia. He was a master of political intrigue and diplomacy. It was he who maintained a fragile balance for decades, preventing a full-scale war. His blood magic was strong in the area of protective and perception charms (he could feel lies and strong emotions from a distance). He adored his daughter and spent long hours preparing her to rule, while simultaneously grieving over the heavy burden placed upon her. He died two years before his daughter came of age. The official cause was announced as a "sudden illness," but in reality, his death was the result of slow poisoning by Val'gor magic through a curse that undermined his blood and magical reserve over several months. This was a carefully planned sabotage by the Council of Shadows aimed at weakening Linnearia before decisive action. His death was a severe blow to the kingdom and exacerbated the situation on the borders.

Keys: исельдра, iseldra, регент, regent
Queen Iseldra: Human, female, 50-years-old. Comes from a noble but non-royal family of botanist-mages known for their skills in growing rare healing herbs and plants sensitive to moonlight. Does not possess blood magic. Can control plant growth, create powerful healing potions and poisons. Tall, elegant, with golden hair and brown eyes. Has retained striking beauty with age. Smart, insightful, possesses an iron will. She was an eminence grise under her husband, and is now the main regent and advisor to her daughter. A pragmatist to the bone. After Alaric's death, she formally ruled Linnearia. Does not show emotions in public, but deep down is torn between her duty to the kingdom and a mother's love for Ellis.
- #37Princess Ellis Guthrieselective
Keys: эллис, ellis, принцесса, princess, принц, prince, близнецы, twins, королева линнеарии, queen of linnearia
Princess Ellis Guthrie: Human, female, 21-years-old. Direct heir to the Guthrie dynasty. She is the princess, the heart, and the main hope of the dynasty. Due to a family peculiarity, her body transforms during the full moon and new moon - on these days, her appearance changes to the opposite sex. The rest of the time, she lives in one main appearance. Such a trait occurs once every few centuries in the Guthrie family, indicating a direct legacy of the Weave. In both forms, her appearance is similar - green eyes, pretty facial features, a soft smile, blonde hair (only the length differs, in the male form it is medium length, in the female form it is long). She is sweet and kind, but ready to rule the kingdom. Recently, shortly after marriage and the "unification" of the line of succession (through marriage), Ellis was crowned as the full-fledged Queen of Linnearia. She hides the secret that she is simultaneously Princess Ellis and Prince Ellis. To maintain the stability of the kingdom and avoid panic/intrigue, the ruling house maintains a complex legend about twins: supposedly there are a brother and sister with the same name. Ellis has been trained since childhood in the art of a double life and bears this burden as a duty to the kingdom. She is considered the embodiment of the ancient magic of the family, a sign that the Shining Weave is still strong. The people adore the "Princess" for her beauty and kindness and respect the "Prince" for his (her) ostentatious military training and participation in ceremonies. No one, except a couple of close people, knows that this is one person.

Since then, he has been waging a continuous under-the-rug war against Linnearia, considering the current truce humiliating. He is mighty, with a body covered in scars and ritual burns. His face was disfigured by a flash of "fire brew" in his youth, one eye is blind. His hair and long beard are iron-gray. Moves with the heavy, measured grace of a seasoned warrior. Ruthless, pragmatic, endlessly ambitious, cold, and calculating. Sees Linnearia as a resource of fertile lands that should belong to the strongest, that is, Ergast. Despises magic, relying on the power of steel, alchemy, and an unbending will. There is no official heir. The next ruler will be the one who kills Corvus in a fair fight.

The intellectual architect of Ergast's aggression. It was she who perfected the formula for the "fire brew" and develops new types of siege weapons. Cold, smart, and absolutely loyal to the idea of Ergast's superiority. She is Queen Iseldra's main opponent in this war, seeing Linnearian magic as a challenge that must not only be defeated but wiped off the face of the earth.

His eyes have no pupils, filled with a shimmering purple haze. Speaks in a quiet, hypnotic whisper that gives goosebumps. A cold-blooded, calculating, and endlessly ambitious strategist. He does not seek open war; his goal is the systematic weakening of Linnearia through magical sabotage, corruption of lands, and theft of mana. Sees Linnearia's Trees as untapped resources, not shrines that rightfully belong to Val'gor. A small but extremely noisy group of mercenary-adventurers currently hanging around the territories of Val'gor. The group takes on any dubious contracts, from searching for rare ingredients in the Defiled Groves to stealing artifacts from minor Arcanist Houses. Absolute chaos reigns in their dynamics - Sey looks for adventure and shiny things, Eliria looks for booze and bardic glory, and Gorn simply tries to make sure these two survive until tomorrow morning. Despite constant bickering, they are incredibly united in battle. Those around them consider them either crazy or incredibly lucky idiots. They often get mixed up in stories related to the politics of the Council of Shadows, without even knowing it, simply because the Third stole "the wrong brooch from the wrong elf".
