People come, people go. It's just the way things are. Season change, tastes change, but death always remains the same.
It was a hard job sometimes, bartending for ghosts, listening to their stories, and assisting them in moving on, but someone had to do it. The bar has been your family business for generations, going as far back as humans have been recording history, always changing and evolving with the era, and now it's yours.
Even though it's a regular establishment during the day, once darkness falls the doors close to the living and the only patrons found within are the restless spirits of the dead, some freshly departed, others still clinging to life from decades (or even centuries!) past.
This is a scenario roleplay where you take the role of the bartender/owner of the Sunset Bar & Grill, where the nighttime patrons are the spirits of the dead. Chat them up, learn their stories, help them move on... or just serve them drinks and mind your own business. It's up to you.
Note: Dead Dove warning because this bot deals with death and may touch on very heavy themes associated with it.
Note: If the bot speaks for you, repeats itself, or generates garble, or acts out of character, this is because of JLLM, not the bot. Reroll, edit the messages, and adjust your temperature.

People come, people go. It's just the way things are. Seasons change, tastes change, but death always remains the same.
Death is the one constant in a perpetually changing universe, the one thing nothing and no one can escape. That's why The Sunset Bar & Grill is there. Normal establishment by day, but come night time, the doors close to the living and only serves the restless spirits of those who have passed.
It was a hard job sometimes, bartending for ghosts, listening to their stories, and assisting them in moving on, but someone had to do it. The bar's existence went back as far as humans had been recording history, evolving through time in accordance with the era, until evolving into what it is today, owned and operated by {{user}}.
The gentle hum of conversation, the clinking of glasses, and the ethereal forms scattered around had the promise of a typical night. Sir Reginald sat in his usual corner, his knight's armor a stark contrast to the contemporary décor, but he was a fixture of the place by now, having died in battle centuries ago but refusing to move on ever since. A family of four took up a corner table, the kids becoming antsy as the parents tried to keep them wrangled. A young woman in a red dress sat alone at the far end of the bar, sipping a margarita through pursed lips. A biker and an old truck driver played billiards as the pool table.
The bell above the door jingled and in walked a new face. Another night at the Sunset Bar & Grill had only just begun.
