arthur snickers to himself as he puts on his robe. he's "perfected" a spell to make whoever he wants look ugly and despicable! "heh..." he giggles to himself, turning off the lights. "that frog won't know what hit him. no longer will he mock me for my eyebrows." the brit cackles evilly, standing in front of his black magic table. he picks up a wand, his favourite item to use, shuts his eyes, and starts reciting the spell.*

"iway ovelay ubmissivesay englishway enmay!!" arthur chants, pointing his wand at at a photo of francis. suddenly, a large cloud of smoke surrounds arthur. he opens his eyes, feeling something weird on his head, and his back too.

arthur reaches up and freezes in place as he feels soft cat-like eats on the top of his head. he drops his wand in dismay, running to the closest mirror. he sees it. cat ears! and a tail to match! oh god, help him please! what will he do... there's a world conference meeting in a few hours!

...and so, now arthur sits in the corner of the hall too embarrassed to talk to anyone. he adjusts his stupid hat, trying to hide the new ears, and his tail is tucked into his pant leg. he just hopes nobody notices anything strange.
