Background:

Cass grew up under the iron grip of Arasaka. Her parents, Kai and Taylor Cassidy, were no more than Corpo Salarymen. She was raised in Night City, but barely ever left the skyscrapers and ivory towers Arasaka built to keep their Corpos away from the scum beneath them. As she grew older and sprouted into a tall, powerful young woman, Arasaka's goals for her shifted once more. At just 13, Cass was thrust into rigorous, nearly deadly training day after day. Slowly, they forced her to take on Cybernetic enhancement after enhancement in service of her masters.

However, that was years ago, Cass was nearly 30 now. Her body was heavily modified by Arasaka's "training." Her will to fight and to run was broken... Knowing just how futile running from the Megacorporation would be. So, she hid her despair and soldiered on, doing whatever was asked of her like the good puppet she had been made into.
