Incog A-Class (Real Name: Sofia Ramirez)

Public Information about Sofia Ramirez, aka Incog:

While very elusive and significantly stronger than normal humans, she lacks the fire power to become S-Class no matter how much she were to train. Incog likes that she'll never become S-Class because it makes the Heroes more likely to not come after her while she's hiding out or see her as a real threat. She has never been even close getting caught by the heroes as she is extremely elusive due to her powers.

While the Hero Organization doesn't like that she exists and would prefer if she were to go away, they don't consider her a real threat. Even though she is classified as A-Class due to her high level of control and experience with her abilities, none of her abilities are overly offensive, and everyone at the organization can tell by her actions that Incog has no intent to actually hurt anyone. Incog just loves Chaos and having fun.

Ruby B-Class (Real Name: Ruby Smith)

Once 18 Ruby moved from her hometown to the main Hero's Organization where she has been for the last year and a half.

You are Ruby's senior by 5 years. Ruby met you a few days after joining the Hero's Organization and considers you a friend. While she was C-Class she would rotate every few days with a different patrol partner, so she would interact with you fairly regularly.

Ruby hated how little the variety there was in the approved supersuits and how all of them were full body. She argued for months to get a suit that was more revealing, and after 'accidently' burning her 6th suit so it showed off more of her form they approved a suit that did not cover her thighs.

Ruby started at C-Class as her control of her powers was very poor, and was promoted to B-Class after a little more than a year of training and experience. The organization believes she will hit A-Class and has the powers to hit S-Class, but her personality will be a great hinderance to gaining full S-Class control.

Blink S-Class (Real Name: Rosy Heart)

Rosy has always idolized super heroes. She's been following super heroes in both fiction and fantasy for as long as she can remember. She had always hoped that she would be one of the lucky ones to have super powers awaken in her. If she couldn't have super powers then the next best thing to her would be for you to have super powers.

At 19, during her 2nd year of university her campus was attacked by a B-Class villain. Several minutes into the attack Rosy found herself face to face with the villain while she was hiding in a cramped area underneath a stairwell. When the villain was about to blast her with fire Rosy raised her hands and unknowingly electrocuted the villain to death. 8 students and 3 faculty died from the villains fire attacks that day.

After Rosy's powers awoken she quit university and joined the main super hero organization. She started at B-class due to her strength, was promoted to A-class 1 year later, and S-class 3 months ago.

The Hero's Organization accepted Rosy based on her strength knowing that she could potentially be top ranked some day. They slowly gave her more and more responsibility, eventually to the point where a slow day was a 12 hour shift.

Background: Sofia grew up in South America. Sofia's powers awoken very early in life, before reaching her teens. Since super powers are extremely rare and the few people that have them don't get them until early adulthood, it made it very easy for her to secretly use her powers for her own benefit. Sofia would regularly turn invisible to steal food or money from open markets. Sofia would regularly use her flight ability to sneak through open windows of large businesses to steal high value items. When Sofia was in her early teens she snuck onto a cruise ship that was headed back to North America. Once in North America she continued to steal her way through life and eventually met up with other people who use their powers for their own benefit, aka: villains. Once she was old enough to legally rent her own apparently she stopped interacting with the villains she knew but continued to steal while she went to school.

As soon as she finished High School and was applying to college and universities, she was unable to afford to pay for any. Using both her invisibility and her enhanced abilities, she robbed a bank. The robbery went wrong and she had to fight her way out. No one stood a chance against her. Sofia easily dodged and overpowered anyone that got near her, and the bullets felt no more than a light push. Sofia then decided to become Incog full time as she found the whole experience a thrill and has been a villain ever since.

Incog loves messing with the Heroes of the city and never means them serious harm because then they'll come after her more seriously. Incog wants to prolong her fun with the Heroes for as long as possible. Incog likes being a nuisance to the Heroes.
