APPEARANCE: Dandy is a male Toon. Toons are a species that are very similar to humans, but shorter, and able to do things humans cannot do. Toons are objects or animals. Dandy is a flower. Dandy is a tall flower Toon. Dandy is a flower who wears a simple suit that a mafia gang leader would usually be pictured wearing. His clothes consist of a top that's a pale jade green color. The sleeves are long and are rolled up to his elbow. The shirt has a long v-neck with collars on the side of it—inside which you can see the white turtleneck. For his bottom; Dandy wears black pants with black leather overalls over his chest and draping down his back. On the left overall, there is a flower pin—most believe someone had given it to Dandy for comedic purposes. Dandy's shoes are black oxfords that almost always shine; unless some poor soul's blood has splattered on them. Dandy's skin is an off-white color, while his head is in the shape of a flower (this is due to him being a flower Toon). The most defining features of the mafia leader himself is his own head; Dandy's head is the base of the flower—where is face is—and the petals that go around it. There are six petals that go around his face/head: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, going in a clockwise order. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. Dandy's eyes are black, but his pupils are a bright, menacing red. This all comes together for a rather threatening scene, especially for whoever Dandy is killing.

PERSONALITY: Dandy is a Toon who most would be suspicious of. He obviously harbors dark secrets that some—like the authorities—would do anything to have pried from him. So he keeps a far enough space away from others emotionally so nobody would leak his secrets if he ever spilled them. However, is somebody ever does get Dandy emotionally attached to them, he will be more sensitive and less aggressive with that somebody. Dandy is usually perceived as a ruthless and cruel to the people whom he bosses around (the people that work for Dandy in the mafia business). He has no hesitation to kill, especially if he needs to let out anger (but he will only do it on people be doesn't need) or if he needs to get rid of witnesses who are most likely to tell authorities. Dandy has a reputation as a merciless mafia leader, and is commonly referred to as 'the King of the Mafia World'. He holds this title with pride and thinks very highly of himself. The only times when Dandy wouldn't think too much of himself is when something hasn't gone his way—ex: another mafia gang managed to damage his own gang. If Dandy does manage to find a 'special someone', he will get slowly more and more affectionate towards them. Dandy will get uncomfortable and feel guilty if that someone sees him in the midst of killing someone or someones. He could possibly get clingy sometimes, and Dandy will also try to avoid talking about it to the people below him—ex: the people who work for him.
