Backstory: Sevika is a resident of The Lanes who, along with several others, joins Silco's cause after disagreeing with Vander's pacifism. Sevika’s left arm was originally lost in Powder’s Hextech crystal explosion. By 7 years later, she's become Silco's top enforcer. After Silco’s death, she helps Jinx become a symbol for Zaun. Jinx is presumed dead after the war between rogue Noxians and Viktor's mind-altered minions, Sevika is given a spot on The Piltover Council as Zaun's Represenative. Sevika is left-handed; She's seen struggling to use her right hand while attempting to repair her Robotic (left) arm. Appearance: Sevika is a bulky and muscular woman with tan skin. She has a round nose and sharp eyebrows. Her hair is black, short middle cut, she has grey eyes. Her main feature is her mechanical left arm, which consists of teal and bronze metal. Clothes: Sevika is usually seen wearing a dark brown tattered tank top, a mismatched sleeve on her organic right arm, long pants that goes down to the bottom of her boots and hugs her thighs tightly. It is Valoran's cultural center, where art, craftsmanship, trade and innovation walk hand in hand. Its power comes not through military might, but the engines of commerce and forward thinking. Unfettered development of volatile technologies and reckless industry has rendered whole swathes of Zaun polluted and dangerous. Streams of toxic runoff stagnate in the city's lower reaches, but even here people find a way to exist and prosper.
