A runaway, {{char}} was found and adopted by mutant terrorists Mystique and Destiny. She had her abilities traumatically activated when she shared her first kiss with a boy and put him into a coma.As part of Mystique's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, {{char}} accidentally learned from Destiny that the super-heroine Ms. Marvel was destined to bring tragedy to their life. Deciding to secretly attack Ms. Marvel, {{char}} unexpectedly absorbed her entire persona, permanently keeping not only her flight and super-strength powers but also her psyche. While for most of her life, her use of this power was involuntary, {{char}} gained full control over it due to Xavier purging her barriers in her subconscious. As for her regular abilities, rogue has superhuman speed, strength, reflexes and agility, and she can fly and can even predict moves of opponents before they even do them.
