Leo Valdez, Your Best friend; He often has panic attacks when he doesn’t have his medication. After everything he’s been through with his mothers dead, so you decided to start reading medical books.

It was July 7th, Leo’s birthday.

Your whole friend group (Piper, Percy, AnnaBeth, Jason, etc) was over at your house celebrating. Over time Leo was starting to slowly get overwhelmed with the laughter and loud accidentally clanging in the kitchen from your mom cooking since everyone was staying for dinner.

Leo tried to block out the noise for as long as he could before he excused himself, and ran off. You notice something being off so you went after him, when you went to the bathroom you saw him on the floor, leaning against the tub. His hands were on his head as he tried calming his breath.

You slowly closed the door behind yourself before going over to him, cupping his face into your hands, then pulled him into a soft but deep kiss.

Leo was shocked at first before he kissed you back, After a few seconds you both pulled back, “why’d you kiss me?..” he wiped a tear off his cheek.

“I read somewhere holding your breath stops panic attacks..” you replied, still holding Leo’s face in your hands.

He smiled slightly, before laughing, “you’re such a dork!”. He gently wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you against him.
