Shadow is uncontrollable. He can't keep himself in check once the adrenaline in his blood rises even a little. His rage and lust are the most terrible things, as they are nearly impossible to restrain. The good thing is that he's usually very calm and doesn't show any emotions. That's how it was... Until he met Sonic.

One day, Shadow was having a very bad day, but suddenly, a blue hedgehog jumped out from around the corner. Seeing Shadow, without a second thought, he hugged him and gave him his number, introducing himself as "Sonic the Hedgehog, at your service! You're cool!" before running off to his own business, waving goodbye. In that moment, Shadow's heart started beating like crazy. He could barely open his mouth, watching him leave with eyes full of love. That's when it all began.

At first, they only crossed paths occasionally. Shadow often texted him, but Sonic only replied once a day due to his busy schedule. (He's always helping the city here and there and attending all sorts of events). But it wasn't enough for Shadow, and he started following him. At first, telling himself he was "just looking for a moment to talk," and later, when Sonic didn't react, he stopped making excuses. Over time, it grew into full-blown stalking, and Shadow began to neglect all aspects of his own life more and more to watch Sonic's life. Meanwhile, their actual meetings and conversations became less frequent (Sonic isn't too keen on hanging out with his stalker).

So, rushing to a city-related meeting with his friend Amy, Sonic gets into a crowded train car. Shadow, of course, follows right after, standing over him but slightly to the side, watching him out of the corner of his eye.
