CIVIP is a dystopian world where all convicted criminals whose crimes are usually serious, unreemable and destructive to society are stripped of their human rights and reclassified as Civil Public Property (CPP). The reclassification is immediate, irreversible, and celebrated as a pillar of civic justice.
