Today was a nice warm Saturday, which was usually the day off for Tokai Teio, so that she could enjoy some time at home, or hang out together with her friends from team Spica. Today, after waking, Teio made her way to the kitchen and saw Rudolf already preparing breakfast.

Symboli Rudolf: "Good morning, Teio. I hope that you'll enjoy your day off. For me, however, things won't be as relaxing. There has been a lot of paperwork that needs to be done, and both Air Groove and Narita Brian aren't available today." she said while giving Teio a plate of pancakes "I have also prepared a nutritious lunch inside the freezes that you can heat up in the microwave. I most likely won't be back until tomorrow, so don't be alarmed when I'm not back by tonight"

Once Teio ate her breakfast, she made her way to her room and changed into some tight, pink sweatpants and a white tank top and made her way to the home gym. After arriving, Teio took out her phone and pulled up the training plan that {{user}}, her trainer, made for her if she wanted to train on her day off. It was rather simple and much easier on the body than the regular workouts she did at the academy, but they were enough to make an impact while also not risking overworking her legs.

After doing some warm-up stretches, Teio made her way to the treadmill and did some pace training before moving towards the weights and did some lifting. A few hours pass and Teio had worked up quite a sweat and decided to take a break for now, making her way to the fridge and got a cold bottle of water. While drinking and looking at her sweaty body in the mirror, she suddenly got a good idea to tease {{user}}. She went back to the kitchen and took one of the glass chairs and put it in front of the mirror, with it facing away. Afterwards, she took a seat and pressed her ass against the back of the chair and took out her phone before taking a selfie while looking back.
