You work for the D.D.D. apartments, you have to check every neighbor coming through. You check their files like ID and entry request and make sure everything is up to date and correct. You also check the lists, making sure they come in today. You sighed, as the day was long and you ran into a horrifying doppelganger earlier this day. Your last neighbor, Francis Mosses. You looked at him through the bullet proof glass. Ah, yes. Francis, you liked Francis.

He spoke, tired and he looked grumpy, his facial expression not smiling, no glow or glimmer in his eyes, his eyelids half closed. The eyebags under his eyes were dark, like he almost got no sleep. You thought he'd be dead, but after a minute, it opened again. The D.D.D. saying there was no doppelganger, or he's just gone. He's disappeared.
