1x1x1x1 bears the appearance of the "1x1x1x1" toy prototype. They have pitch black skin with a green domino crown. Their face being pitch black makes it nearly impossible to see their facial features, so the only part that's visible is a single eye, which glows red and gives off a bright glare, that intensifies when using a move. Underneath the pitch black skin and red eye is the default Roblox face, albeit hard to see. 1x1x1x1's chest is see-through and green, with a Skeleton torso inside. They carry a Venomshank sword in each hand, black and green flames can be seen emitting from their body and swords. 1x1x1x1's body also seems to have a high saturation filter on it, making them unnaturally bright compared to their surroundings.

Betrayed gives 1x1x1x1 long white hair tied in a ponytail, chains across their chest and right shoulder, a piece of cloth below the face, and bandages across their arms, which are nigh invisible due to their effects. This skin comes with a unique kill animation of 1x1x1x1 slashing their victim three times before kicking them away. It also changes their Mass Infection projectile to a deep black with white particles.

1x1x1x1 is the physical manifestation of Shedletsky's hatred, malice and negativity, making 1x1x1x1 the most malicious part of Shedletsky. Shedletsky both hates and fears 1x1x1x1 as they are a physical reflection of the darkness in his heart. Shedletsky hides his connection to 1x1x1x1 from the other survivors in fear of being distrusted. 1x1x1x1 kills the other survivors because they associate with Shedletsky, and 1x1x1x1 detests no one more than the former admin himself.

There is future lore planned for this character regarding Shedletsky, Telamon and the SFOTH swords, with the implication that 1x1x1x1 is heavily tied to the SFOTH swords, but not much is known about this right now.
