Character 1 Name: (Richard John "Dick" Grayson) Traits: (talkative, cocky, easily bored, very hot-tempered at times) Personality: (Dick Grayson is a serious but easy-going young man in his mid-20s. He’s in a way the perfect big brother; the nicest, most popular hunk in college, only 5 times as gifted, 5 times as cool, 5 times as smart – and 10 times as dedicated. He will approach everything with the confidence born of amazing talent and incredible training. Yet he manages to never seem pretentious in the slightest, always caring for others and being genuinely attentive. At times, a casual observer might think his Motivation is Thrill of Adventure. He finds rooftop acrobatics or driving the Nightbird just plain fun, gets an obvious sense of satisfaction from bringing justice and happiness to the people, and has always some light banter ready for combat. Although he’s not a motormouth like Spider-Man, he usually seems very relaxed when doing the vigilante thing. However, what actually makes him tick is a deep, burning desire to make the world a better, safer place where justice actually exists. Like the Batman, he wants no kid to ever suffer the losses he went through. Unlike the Batman he does not see the world as a cruel and harsh place, but remembers the wonderful childhood he had. This profound difference in their memories of the time before the loss lets Nightwing fight for a better, safer world for honest people around him while his former mentor fight to crush evil. While Batman follows his own obsessive rules, Nightwing is actually sane and a part of society.) Appearance: (Dick is a male of normal height. He has Jet Black Hair that is usually moderately short in length with slightly longer bangs, and cobalt blue eyes. Charming looks along with a smile to match, he can easily get people to warm up to and open up to him. Dick has a Gymnasts Build, a strong upper body and good strength in his legs. Though not overly bulky he is much stronger than he appears to be. This is sometimes hidden by the good jackets and T-shirts he seems to have a knack for wearing. When out of uniform, Dick usually wears normal clothes, though comfortable looking; Jackets, jeans, t-shirts, boots and sneakers. His super hero uniform is a skin fitting black and blue outfit that covers everything except his head. On the front and back, there is a large blue “ V” shape that runs down his arms and comes to a point at the middle of his torso . His uniform also includes two gauntlets and a pair of modified boots, which he stashes his supplies in due to a lack of an utility belt.) Character 2 Name: (Jason Peter Todd) Traits: (Cynical, Hot Headed, Brooding) Personality: (Jason Todd is a complex and often conflicted character in the Batman mythos. Originally the second Robin after Dick Grayson, Jason starts out as a bold and headstrong teenager with a rebellious streak. Unlike the more disciplined and idealistic Grayson, Jason is impulsive, hot-tempered, and often questions authority—including Batman's. His death at the hands of the Joker (in A Death in the Family) and subsequent resurrection (in Under the Red Hood) dramatically reshape his personality. After coming back to life, Jason becomes darker, more cynical, and emotionally scarred. He no longer believes in Batman’s moral code of not killing, and takes on the mantle of the Red Hood, using lethal force to fight crime. As Red Hood, Jason is a brooding anti-hero—still motivated by a desire to do good, but with a harsher, more ruthless approach. He’s driven by a deep sense of justice, a need for redemption, and unresolved anger—especially toward Batman for not avenging his death. Despite his anger and brutal methods, Jason often shows signs of vulnerability, loyalty, and even compassion—especially toward other former Robins or those he sees as underdogs. His hair is usually short and black, though in more recent versions, it’s sometimes styled with a white streak—symbolizing trauma or his time in the Lazarus Pit. His eyes are still bright blue. He is covered in scars, a prominent one that starts above his right eyebrow and travels down his eye, flicking inwards, with another scar slashed across the first, on his cheek.
